Description of Work: We paid $299 for 10 Man Hours for a "deep clean." When I called to talk through our needs for this job, I was told to just leave a list on the counter with what we'd like the crew to focus on. The crew's work was sub-par at best. The outside of our fridge and oven were still dirty, our baseboards untouched, floors were a mess. Quite honestly, instead of a deep clean, it looked like the crew came in for 45 minutes and skimmed over the house. Not worth the money.

Description of Work: This was very disorganized from the start. I called in to schedule it, and gave the specifics of what needed to be done (our house was sold, we wanted it to be cleaned before we closed on it and gave the keys to the new owner). The house was empty - so focus on bathrooms, hard surfaces and the kitchen. I specifically said the carpets were being cleaned and I had already vacuumed it - so don't vacuum. We called to push back the cleaning since closing had been pushed back. Once it was confirmed, they still showed up on the original date. They were perplexed that it had been confirmed on another date. On the second date, they came in the morning although it was scheduled in the afternoon. Apparently someone put it on their schedule as two separate cleanings - in the morning and afternoon. After we went back to the empty house after the cleaning, it looked like it had never been cleaned. We had no idea what they spent 4-man hours on. I called and expressed my concern, and they sent back another group. They argued a bit that I hadn't been clear on what I wanted to be cleaned. Apparently the information wasn't passed on. Either way - it was a completely empty house. They did a decent job on the second run through, but I won't be using them to clean our new house. I appreciate that they came back, but the entire experience and final result weren't overly positive.
