They come once a month, I've used them for about a year. I've had various crews and they are excellent, I've never had a problem.

I would have to give them a "B" overall, only because a couple of times they have broken a few nick knacks. We are happy with the work they do otherwise.

They have done a consistently good job. They've been coming almost a year now, and I plan on continuing our arrangement.

I trust them when I'm not home. The girls are great with the dogs, and they typically go beyond my expectations.

Bad cause they have not even realized that I paid before hand.

they don't call you to let you know that they are late. They rescheduled it couple of times on the same day, and still did not make it. Made us wait several hours.

They were good. They are pretty good.

I thougt they did a very good job for the time alotted. There were some areas around the toilets that didn't get cleaned very well and the laminant floors had mop marks swirling through them, but those are my only disappointments.

Carol, the Team Lead, was great in coordinating her team to make sure all my concerns were addressed. They were professional and attentive to detail.

The ladies arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient and professional and cleaned some things I did not ask them to. I will hire them again as the need arises.

Becht Pride did a fantastic job. I have used them in the past and will keep using them. I found them on Angie's List and have always been very pleased! They even did some things outside the scope of a traditional housecleaning and I appreciate it very much!

Great services. I had a slight concern about the timing of my cleaning, but everyone was extremely quick to respond and everything was resolved very easily. My house always looks spotless and I have used other services in the past who don't compare to Becht. Totally worth the price and they're always flexible on getting cleanings scheduled!

We have been satisfied customers for more than a year now. They are reliable people and they do a good job.

Overall the team of 4 did a great job. The only glitch was that some kind of chemical cleaner was used to clean one of the 5 small glass lamp shades hanging over the dining room table. Whatever the cleaner was took the paint off the shade. Sadly I have since found out the store no longer carries that style of glass shade which I had purchased 10 years ago. The shade had been cleaned many times over the years with a dry or water moistened cloth without damaging the shade.

Bathroom and kitchen are shining. I will hire again and again. Very pleased.

Becht Pride is a top-notch provider of cleaning services. They send a team of 3-4 women for one hour, and it all goes in a whirlwind of very professional activity! Details are attended to, and the team obviously has been trained to high standards.

They're doing a really good job. They bring a crew, so they get done really quickly. They don't do a perfect job, but they do a really good job. We're using them every other week. They could pay better attention to detail. They're quick, so they do a good job and they're in and out quickly, which is really nice. They're very inexpensive.

The staff didn't even want to move large rugs to clean under them in my great room, didn't clean my Steps even though I had specifically requested it. The staff presented as very nice but I want a thorough house cleaning and this was not acceptable to me.

Very well! The team arrived promptly and quickly got to work - the three woman team did well to divide and conquer and get the entire house done within slightly over an hour. Very personable ladies/great team. Brought own supplies and everything was cleaned as expected.

I scrambled last minute for a house cleaner that was able to accommodate my schedule. Staff called prior to arriving and were all super friendly and professional. I highly recommend and hope to use them again in the future.

It turns out that 4 hours of service was 4 persons for 1 hour. We had a list of items we thought were important. As the crew arrived they synced their watches and began. When the hour was up, they just stopped in the midst of tasks and left. I personally spent more than a half hour in the master bath trying to remove the film from whatever cleaner was used and not rinsed. The crew did not know how to deal with laminate floors and left them very wet. There has been a mildew smell in my house since they left. I will be spending my Sunday afternoon trying to undo what they did to my floors. I am gravely disappointed in this experience and a well meant gift was ruined.

They did fine and everything worked out well. They did well.

The ladies made the house sparkle for our company.
