Bear was extremely responsive to our needs. He and his crew were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up every bit of the trees and limbs that were removed. Would highly recommend this service!

I contacted them about a month out from the deadline and asked for an estimate. They came out within a couple days and sent me an email with the estimate. I asked for an estimate from several other companies as well, and BearCo's was the lowest, so I went with them. I called them up and they told me they worked on a rolling schedule and told me they were about 2 weeks out from when they could do my work. Unfortunately 2 weeks came and went so I called them up and it turned out they had somehow forgotten to put me down on their list. I was worried that I wouldn't get the work done in time but they said they would fit me in as soon as possible. Sure enough they contacted me the next day and told me they would be coming out the day after that. They showed up when they said they would and did the work thoroughly and quickly (took about 2-3 hours for 3-4 trees), and disposed of the trimmings in their portable wood chipper. My only complaint about the whole transaction would be the scheduling hiccup, as the work itself was great and for a good price.

Cutting down the tree went smoothly. The workers were professional and very creative in getting a portion of the tree cut down near my power line to the house without knocking down the line. I was very impressed with the creativity and proficiency to get the the tree cut down. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. I was thoroughly pleased and plan on hiring them again to cut down another tree. They also cut two low hanging large dead limbs from a Pin Oak tree.

We were very pleased with Bear and the entire work crew. They worked very hard and diligently (even in very hot/humid conditions) and did a great job. They removed several trees that were close to buildings, and they seamlessly and expertly removed them all! They were working a span of about two days between the work our neighbor had and we had, and we were just really impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and hard work displayed. From the initial estimate through completing the work, using BearCo. Tree Service was a great experience!

Bear was fantastic! He was extremely responsive. He always answered the phone when I called, and was very quick to respond to the numerous emails I sent him about my project as well. I had 2 trees on the side of my house that were actually pushing up against the house causing some damage to my roof and gutters, so this was not what I would think is an easy job. He was able to get me scheduled quickly and informed me that I didn't have be home when the work was done, so I didn't have to take any time off of work, which was great! When I arrived home from work, the trees were gone, and there was no sign that they had even been there. I obtained a couple of bids, and Bear definitely gave me the best price, and even included an Angie's List member discount. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone in need of tree removal. I have already talked him up to my neighbors who need a similar job done. Thanks, Bear!

Quality work done on time and on budget.

It was a job well done in 5 hours time. The owner and his workers were courteous and careful not to damage my driveway or telephone lines to my house and my neighbor's house. A job well done.

Bear is absolutely great to work with, very friendly and professional. He answered my call on the first try, was able to get out the next day to give me an estimate, discussed in detail the work that I wanted to have done and gave his feedback about what they could do to make it look nice, and sent me the final estimate in an email later that day. Work was completed the next week, when two other companies with somewhat bigger operations said they couldn't get to my smaller job for at least 3-4 weeks. The work looks amazing, especially our expanded view of the river where the scrub trees were removed. They didn't cause any damage, and it looked like they had never been there! My wife was home when the work was done, and she was also impressed by their professionalism and how thorough they were with cleaning up. I would definitely use BearCo for work in the future, and will probably have them come back next year.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. They came out to cut the trees away from the power lines in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves when finished. Bear did not charge me extra for clean up and actually took off a percentage of the payment due to the weather conditions delaying the service. He came out to our home, did not charge for an estimate and was very knowledgeable about removing the branches and trees safely. I would definitely recommend his services.

Great! They were on time and professional, yet personal. Bear was able to educate me on what should be done and why, so I felt good about the cost of service. Bear was fantastic. He came out quickly to give me an estimate on the project. He was very thorough in his explanation of the project and answered all of my questions in great detail. I chose this company based on Bear's professionalism and the great reviews I had heard from many people. I am glad I did! Bear and his team did a great job removing our tree. There were many obstacles around the tree including several other mature trees, a swimming pool, and several brick retaining walls. They were very careful and professional in removing the tree, and when I got home you could not even tell that they had been there (except for the missing tree). The backyard was spotless and everything looked great. I have already had several compliments from my neighbors who were home during the tree removal about how great Bear and his team were and how impressed they all were with them. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service/removal. I am very impressed and happy I chose BearCo!

These guys were fantastic!. Showed up right on time. They used extreme caution and dropped the limbs precisely as planned. When the job was complete, they cleaned up every single bit of debris. I couldn't even tell they were their. I would recommend this company to anybody who wants a quality job done right. Very satisfied.

Bear & his team are fantastic. Bear is a good communicator, he schedules jobs quickly & he is very attentive to the details on work day. His crews do not use heavy machinery (they climb trees the old fashioned way), and when the job is complete they clean up the property like it is their own. Based on our terrific experience at the little league, I recommended Bear to five family friends/neighbors who were in need of tree service (all but one of them had large Ash trees that had been killed by the Emerald Ash Borer). All five solicited multiple bids for their work, and in the end, decided to use Bear. To my delight, all five offered rave reviews after the work was complete (which, of course, made me feel good for all involved). Ironically, I just bought a new home, and the property needs more tree service than anyone would prefer. I'm not anxious to spend the money on more tree service, but I am happy to know that Bear & his team will do a terrific job at a fair price when the time comes.

Everything went well with the project. Bear is a good guy and easy to deal with. He showed up when he said he would. The price was competitive with another quote. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. If the maple doesn't make it I will definitely call Bear again.

Bear is great to work with. He showed up on time, got the job done, and didn't leave a mess. He had his crew come out and remove three large trees and grind the stumps. They also removed several bushes from the perimeter of our home. His crew cleaned up after themselves, and the price was fair. I recommend that you give BearCo a call if you need trees trimmed or removed. They are a pleasure to work with.
