Great. They were done in a day and cleaned up, so I hardly knew they were there.

The team did an amazing job. One large pine was growing so close to the house (and between houses) that it slapped the building every time the wind blew. The other trees had branches hanging way over my house. One was leaning quite a bit in the back. I am not sure these trees had ever been trimmed. I needed some real pros, considering the location of the trees very close the houses and the size. These guys were amazing. I had a bit of trepidation at first, since the large trucks were all over my yard and very close to my house as well as the next door house. But they put down boards, so the yard wouldn't be harmed, and carefully negotiated tight areas. They took out the branches and sections of the tree expertly. Nothing ever fell on the house (but a few acorns). They removed the huge pine, maybe 75 feet tall, in under half an hour, and ground out the stump. Because the back yard wasn't accessible to trucks, one guy climbed to the very top of another large pine and took it down from the top, not hitting power lines, the fence in any significant way, or anything at all. They cleaned up everything perfectly and you would never know they had been there, except my house is nice and sunny now. There are so many large trees in the neighborhood anyway, that I still get plenty of shade at the right times of the day. Perfect! I'm very particular about who works on my houses, as I have been renovating awhile and have experienced the good and the bad. I'd call Bear Hammann again any time. Do not hesitate if it is time for tree-trimming. You won't be sorry. Thanks, guys!

Bear was professional, responsive and a great communicator. The crew was courteous and did a great job. They left a great impression. Not only that, they also gave the most competitive price. They earned our business. We'll use them from now on.

They did the work just as I requested. The person with the saw checked with me to see if he had cut enough or if I wanted more cut. They were on time , below other estimates. Very good on clean up.

My yard looks amazing. I wish I had done this sooner. One tree was on the fence line & about a foot away from the side of my house. They removed it without damaging the roof or fence. They cleaned up the trimmings & left the yard in perfect shape. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up the walnuts in the yard that were there before the tree trimming. His crew was nice & hard working. I will use them in the future for tree care.

This is the second time I've used Bear Co. Tree Service because of their professionalism, courtesy, and all around great job they do in removing trees. The dead Ash tree was very tall in the backyard and they carefully drove the big truck with bucket lift back to the tree. Team work was impressive and clean up was exceptional. I will always use Bear Co. for cutting down anymore dead trees and also pruning.

Bear was great! I called and left a voicemail requesting an estimate and he called me back within 10 minutes. Bear came out the next day and asked me what we needed to have done and sent me a quote that evening, which I accepted. Bad weather moved our original date of service back a bit, but Bear kept in touch the whole time. They finished all of the work in less than 2 hours and the trees look amazing. The canopy is open now but the trees still look natural and not like someone hacked them up. They did a wonderful job cleaning up too. HIGHLY recommended.

We lost a huge limb in a storm, a couple others were broken and we had tons of debris. The service was complete less than 24 hrs after I called, gave the best estimate out of three and showed up with six guys and three trucks. Cleaned up thoroughly. Very well done.

We communicated exclusively through the Angie's list app, which was perfect for me. He quotes a price - and it was the best quote. I was flexible with timing, since the tree wasn't leaning or anything. He committed to a time within two weeks and emailed me the night before to remind me. It was all perfect for me. It's clean and was totally worth it.

Absolutely fantastic! Wish I could give more than 5 stars all around. Bear was polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to work with me and my neighbor on the best way to cut down some large tree branches hanging over our house. Very fair price, and the clean-up was amazing - you'd never know they were there! Will call again absolutely!!

Bear was quick to get our quote to us, was willing to match any reasonable quote (his was the lowest to begin with), and was prompt to call and e-mail us back. His crew put down boards so they didn't leave ruts in the yard, didn't trample the plants around the trees, and picked up all the debris when they were finished. We'd been putting off having those trees removed, but we shouldn't have. We would definitely hire BearCo. again and will recommend them to others. We can't say enough good things about our experience!

It went very well. The owner was on site the entire time his crew was here. He was knowledgeable and attentive. The trees look great. They were also very careful about not damaging any other plants, and about cleaning up when they were done.

Super nice guy! Arrived right when said they would. A more than prepared three truck team with any necessary equipment arrived. Did an excellent job of tree removal, stump ground down, and large above ground roots ground out. Excellent clean up!....... for as big of a mess as that makes, you would have never known it! Price was extremely competitive! They did such an awesome job my neighbor came over and totally had them come do work on her trees after they were done with mine.

The arrived early for the job. They were polite,courteous and professional. The owner checked with me as they did the work to make sure that I was pleased with the job they were doing and if there was something I wanted them to include. It was a really nice experience.

Bear arrived on time with two helpers. They cut down the tree in pieces and cleaned up all the debris. It was a smooth operation that took about an hour.

Bear the owner of BearCo Tree Service was awesome. He was very responsive from the beginning. We both texted and had phone conversations. This tree was massive and literally 3 feet away from the front of the house. Bear had a crane to lift the tree as they cut the top branches. They laid down boards in the yard so the heavy trucks would not damage the grass. His crew removed the stump to be below surface level. They cleaned up everything and even blew the area off with blowers. I have plenty of trees on our 3 acre property, so I will be using BearCo in the future for sure. Just a solid guy to talk with on the phone all the way to finishing what was promised. Very Happy!!!

I'm really glad I found Bear and his crew. They were really professional and did a great job. I had a bad experience the following year with a different company. It's good to know there are still people out there who actually care and you can rely on.

They did an excellent job and even cut some of the bigger pieces into firewood length.

This is the third time that we have used BearCo. (unlucky for us). Each & every time, we have been more impressed. Bear Hammann, who owns the company, is very helpful, a good communicator, and an even better problem solver in difficult situations. His crew is equally courteous & friendly, and they always leave the job site looking better than they found it. The cherry on top, for cost conscious shoppers like us, is that their prices are extremely fair - much better than the larger companies who I have shopped several times. Hopefully, I don't need more tree service in the near future, but the next time I do, I'm calling Bear.

Quick response by Bear to come by to give estimate. Professional and friendly crew of half-dozen came the next week and did a great job on trees and hedge. Bear cleared with me ahead of time on bringing bucket truck into yard and crew were careful to lay boards down. Got truck in and out with zero damage to yard. Left maple cleared of deadwood and shaped and topped nicely, some lower trim work on sycamore to open space for smaller tree to grow up and out, and took hedges down to nice height. Excellent job cleaning it all up afterward. Definitely use again and recommend to friends.
