Description of Work: They did a good job on the front porch; but the pool deck has begun to breakup and after numerous calls it has been difficult to get in touch with them. When I call it states the number is no longer active and after much research I have found another phone number and when I call I get a lady who says Hello, then she disappears. HELP

After 1 year, I was having problems with the bonding. I paid to put another sealing coat on to take care of this issue. The gentleman even signed a paper saying this sealing coat would take care of it. Since March of 2014, there have been chunks of pebbles coming up on the driveway. I have been calling them constantly to get them to fix this. They either come and do a little work or don't answer my calls.
Description of Work: In May of 2012, they were to resurface the driveway.

After the work was completed, it looked good. Early this spring, we found the overlay had several cracks and the stones were coming loose. Essentially the overlay system was deteriorating. On 3-4-14, I talked with owner Jeffrey Roberts about the problems. He said we were first on the list for fixing the drive when the weather warmed up. I talked with Jeff again on 4-24-14. He apologized for not coming out over the prior weekend as promised. On 4-30-14, he came out and power washed the drive and sidewalk. He was to return within the next couple of days. We called almost daily to find out when he would return to complete the work. He did not return until 6-5-14 to begin the repairs. We noted several places he missed. I called him immediately to let him know. He said he would be out the following week to finish. I have been calling him almost daily since and some days I called multiple times a day. He only returned a couple of calls each time indicating he would be out soon, citing health issues and being out of town. He indicated he would return to town on June 13 and would call to set up a time to come out to finish the work. He did not call back but came to the house unannounced 7-2-14. Our neighbor was here when he told me he had been ill and unable to work but he would have his sons over the next day to do the work. He acknowledged the continued problems with the drive and said he would put extra epoxy over the entire drive as well as a UV protectant when he came to replace the loose and now missing rocks. He did not show, the sons did not show nor did he call to explain when he would be out. I have again been calling him daily with some days multiple times. He called 7-21-14 to say he would be out on 7-23-14 to do the work. He did not call nor did he come out. I called him again and he said that he would be out on 7-25-14. He did not show nor did he call. I called again and then he said he had relied on his sons to come out to do the job. He said he would come out on 7-26-14 at 11:00 a.m. At noon, I called to find out what was going on. He said he was waiting on a ride from his son to come to do the work. He called an hour later to say that he was still waiting on his son to pick him up. He did not call back, nor did he show. I called several times after that and only got voice mail. I called again 7-27-14 and only got voice mail. The drive and sidewalk are continuing to deteriorate every day.
Description of Work: Beach Pebbles resurfaced our concrete driveway and sidewalk with an epoxy-stone system. The initial work on the driveway and sidewalk was completed 9-10-13 with a 2 year warranty. On 10-3-13, a reseal was applied extending the warranty to 3 years.

Very skeptical of the product and concerned that they ripped off my Mom, I shared my feelings with Jeff. He continued his sales pitch about how durable the product was and not to worry about the winter and that his 5 year warranty would cover it anyway. The first winter the entire surface cracked and fell apart as I had feared. Feb 2014 I started calling him to assure warranty service. Multiple calls in March and April 2014. I made it clear that we need to be in front of the line to get this fixed. All of June 2014, he doesnt answer my calls anymore, nor does he return my voicemails. Even if he honors his warranty, this product has already proven to be inferior to concrete and a waste of money. Being neglected like this, I am left to imagine that his business targets the elderly then relies on the majority not to pursue or sue him. Rather than honoring warranties, he's selling to new suckers.
Description of Work: Sold a sparkly driveway and a 5 year warranty to my 86 year old Mother. They laid a 1/2 inch layer of " beach pebbles" and epoxy on top her cracked concrete driveway. It fell apart the first winter.

The project proceeded pretty well. We have a double wide drive and were able to use the other part of the drive until they got to the apron abutting the street. We were able to park in a neighbors drive for the couple days needed for that to set. Although the team indicated arriving early in the day to begin work, they really did not arrive until a couple hours later. Yet this did not adversely impact their commitment to finish one side at a time limiting the restrictions with the drive. We also had the walk from the drive to the front door done. That walk had several bad areas where the concrete had separated and was not level. After they were done, you cannot see where there were ever any issues. The job looks beautiful and we receive compliments continually. Since this is the first winter with the new surface, we noticed some erosion of stone at the connection with the street and front sidewalks. We talked with Jeff of Beach Pebbles and he assured us he will return when the temperatures are right for applying the epoxy mix in order to restore the areas. We have every confidence that Beach Pebbles will return in the spring to repair those areas.
Description of Work: Provider laid a decorative pebble stone layer on top of our existing concrete driveway and walk as well as some decorative trim by the front door. The product is guaranteed for life as long as the required maintenance is completed every two to three years. A minor expense compared with the replacement of the drive which was cracking and looking poor.

We are very satified with both jobs that look great over the old cracked concrete. Both jobs were done just as agreed and we will use them again in the future on our patio. T. P. Jones

He did a gorgeous job, I've never seen anything like it. I decided to use his services because he uses a different type of concrete than other contractors and his price was lower. I even have people stop by my home and inquire about who did the work for me. I'm very satisfied with the work he's done and would definitely reccommend his services to others. The homeowners association president even stopped by to get business cards so that he could pass the information on to others.
Description of Work: He re-did my driveway, walkway, and my front porch.
