Description of Work: They were very prompt and did excellent Work installing a bladder tank for my well. They came within 12 hours exactly when they said. They had the water back on within an hour. The only complaint was $850 charge. I did not comparison shop but have been told this is very high. I did have my water back within 12 hours and I can justify the added cost as service. Next time I may ask price first.

Description of Work: The sump pump in our garage was not working. We called Bauer Pump and Well Service. Their technician arrived on time, was very professional, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I would recommend Bauer and use them again if I need this type of service in the future.

Description of Work: They did not have the pump so they went for a 3 hour drive to pick one up. When I complained because of this time (I can drive anywhere in a the greater Indianapolis area in less than 2 hours) they agreed a different approach would be better but the problem was 20/20 hindsight. A professional organization should have 20/20 foresight. I requested a detailed invoice so I would how much was for labor and how much was for parts, and have not received one. This is my 4th pump and this was almost twice what anyone else has charged. I have waited to rate this company to see if they would send a detailed invoice, not a summary. I also do not have a written warranty and do not even know the make model and manufacturer to check their warranty. If you use them even in an emergency, get a written commitment on price and warranty. My bad for not insisting on one.

Description of Work: We only purchased a new well pump from them and installed it ourselves. Our pump broke on a Sunday morning and a message left at their business number was promptly returned. I'm sure they would have fixed it the same day, but we were able to do this ourselves and did not require a service call. We went to their place of business and purchased the pump early Sunday afternoon. Really nice guy.

Description of Work: They replaced a failed drainage ejection pump, and helped me diagnose the cause of the failure. I've used this company on a few other occasions, for well service. They're great people to deal with.

Description of Work: We had a pitless adapter fail on our well casing which caused the pump to run continuously and the front yard to flood. They came out and promptly fixed the problem by installing a new and improved pitless adapter. I highly recommend Bauer Pump and Well Service. Thanks for a great job!
