Description of Work: Greg came out twice on a sump that was flowing during the dry spell. He recommended an escavation company that corrected the problem. He was prompt and kept in touch on a stange problem that didn't involve his services which I think is extraoridany. I will call upon him in the future on any well or sump issues and recommend him to everyone. Thanks Greg

Description of Work: Yesterday morning, our water just stopped working so my husband got in the crawl space and determined that our water pressure pump was no longer working. So, I immediately got on Angie's List and found several Well and Pump companies and all with helpful reports. Bauer was the closest, so I called them at 6:30 AM and was surprised that someone answered, it turns out it was an answering service, but Bauer called me back within 10 minutes and said someone would be at my house by 9:00 AM and they were. Bauer replaced the water pump and fixed the pressure "thingamajiggy" during the same visit, which was nice, being that having no water at all is extremely inconvenient. Although I was shocked that they don t take credit cards, for such large amounts, I would think that they could provide that kind of expected convenience. However, although not needed, he did offer to hold my check for me until I had the money in the bank.

Description of Work: OUR WELL STOPPED WORKING SO WE CALLED THEM OUT TO CHECK OUR WELL PUMP. FORTUNATELY, IT WAS THE TANK WHICH WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. HE REPLACED THE CONTROLLER AND RECHARGED THE TANK.
