Jeff was prompt, professional and repaired the bath tub just as he said he would. I was very pleased with his level of communication when he returned my call and provided the cost of the repair. The bath tub looks brand new. He saved me thousands of dollars since I did not know if the hole could be repaired. He was quick in doing the work, and it looks like new!

I've used Jeff several times for similar tub repairs. Jeff is very professional and seems like a good guy. I highly recommend cleaning the entire area to be repaired prior to his arrival. I've used Jeff at my own home and at my rentals.

The provider brought his machine out do the work and complained about having a hard time getting his glazing machine around a certain part of the tub and was frustrated with this and just left and told the other contractors at my home that I should just contact Angie's List for a refund since he was unwilling to do the work due to his own frustrations with my tub.

After the tub was glazed and had time to cure-it looked really nice! I ran my hands to feel the smoothness of the tub. I felt small pimples some small not noticeable and some were noticeable through out the tub. I called the gentlemen that glazed the tub , he came back and sanded the noticeable ones and then wiped down the spots with a liquid. Now the glaze to that area is dull and the liquid is running outside and inside the tub and dries this way. He comes back to fix the drip marks, missing one he comes back again (3)times now. I asked him about the pimples through out the tub and he said this could not be prevent that it was normal. I would expect the smoothness of a new tub- especially when the tub is in great condition. The reason I had the tub glazed is to remove the iron stain that was under the tub faucet. The pimples look as if the machine he used got clogged and spit out pieces throughout the process. The chalking around the tub has come away from the wall and some spots were missed. I am quite disappointed- I would not recommend this product, person or process. Rose

Jeff is amazing! Don't look any further. Just call him. He came out to the house on time as discussed on the telephone the previous week when I contacted him. I did not realize another contractor working on the home had not finished the tub surround yet so he was unable to work on the tub that day and rescheduled. He was not upset at all. He came back out the second time and got right to work. He made the tub look brand new. Patched and refinished a rusted out corner and then repaired several chips he found. I had paid in advance via big deal for a total tub refinishing and he called and said he felt it didn't need all that and refunded me $200. I can't even believe it. I would have never known. What an honest guy. He is also nice and easy to talk to. Hire him. Your tub will look amazing.

I would definitely recommend Bath Crest! Jeff at Bath Crest was the ultimate professional. He explained the resurfacing process and how he planned to vent the fumes created by the chemicals. He was neat, clean, and left the place tidy. Jeff was very personable and was happy to assist with all my questions. Our dull surfaced, tired looking, hard to clean, fiberglass, one-piece tub/shower was transformed into a gleaming white focal point of the bathroom. Now it is so much easier to clean and no longer an eyesore. The whole process only took a day! It was much less expensive to resurface than to tear out and rebuild. Why did we wait so long???

When I called Bath Crest to get more information about his service, he returned my call the same day. I booked on that call to have my tub refinished for $425. On the day before our appointment, he called to confirm, even though the "day before" was Labor Day! He was on time to the appointment and then told me that he could fix my tub for a fraction of the price quoted. He said that it didn't need to be refinished. It just needed some touchup. He got rid of the staining and put in a non-skid finish, removed all the existing caulking and replaced it for $150. Understand that I had 2 kinds of staining - rust and the permanent images in gray around the stick-on non-skid flower appliques from the previous owner. There was etching in the corners from bottles being stored there. AND there were issues with mold under some of the caulking. I had tried EVERYTHING to correct the conditions myself and had failed. Needless to say, I was thrilled with the value I got from Bath Crest. I WILL hire Bath Crest to do my other tub when it needs it! I recommend them without reservation.

Bath Crest took great pains to prep and protect our bathroom before doing any spraying or sanding. He was up front with me all the way through the process about what could lead to additional cost, or what we were hoping to find to give me best value. Like many jobs, sometimes you don't know exactly what you're getting into until you start, and I was very impressed with the communication to keep me posted throughout. The fact that the finished product looks great is only a bonus. I would definitely use Bath Crest again.

I had this same work quoted before where I was told I would need to replace the tub because of the location of the hole. Bathcrest came out and was able to patch it up and reglaze and now the tub looks as good as new. Very professional and courteous as well. I will always recommend Bathcrest.

Since crack had been in bottom of bathtub for a few years, chances were it was gonna cost me but I needed to have it fixed before it got worse & started leaking. The Owner quoted (over the phone) an aprox cost of $250 - if it didn't completely break & start leaking/cause additional damage. I scheduled the appt. The owner called when he was enroute to appt - very helpful, he was on time, went to work & then reported the crack was only superficial - in top seal of tub only, not all the way into the actual fiberglass. Hooray! That cut the cost in half, or more! He was able to sand it out & repair it in such a way that you can't tell it was ever cracked! Amazing! I would recommend this person to family/friends & will definitely call again if/when I have another bath related problem.

Process went great. Reglazed a spot in the tub. The man who came out was very friendly and even informed us that he would not recommend a service we had inquired about (anti slip coating). Rather than simply upsell us, he was honest and only did the work needed.

He did a great job. He was just nice and neat, and the bathtub looks brand new. He was very personable. My sister was actually there when he was there, and she saw a lot of him. He took care and made sure that there was ventilation. I don't know if we got any other estimates, but we thought that his cost was very reasonable. He was there on time.

He was great. He was very determined. He ran into some problems and he just stuck with it. He was very easy to work with. I had to leave him a key and he had to do a little extra effort to get in and all that and he did that. He called me later and gave me an update on everything. You don't have to worry about a thing with him. He's fair priced. We were pleased. He did a great job.

He pulled off all the old culking, sanded it down and painted. He used too much paint on the tub because you can see the overlap between the old paint and the new paint. He claned up after himself. He was punctual. My only problem was I thought he was going to resurface the whole tub but instead only did where the culking was.

He was on time & did a great job. Explained the process and what steps he would be doing. Gave us plenty of tips to clean & how to replace some tarnished parts for a lot less money to finish it out. The process took most of the morning, but the results were worth it. It's not a new tub, but looked so much better than when he started. The cost seemed a little on the high side since a new tub costs about the same, but the replacement cost & labor would be a nightmare. I would use again if needed.

Jeff was very responsive. He did not ask for any other details other then that I needed him to come look at a chip in the work he had done a year ago. He was very flexible given my schedule to try to meet me at the house. It was a quick fix. He was in and out, pleasant as always and did a nice job. Jeff was willing to work with another contractor that had remodeled the bathroom earlier to alter the window so that an exhaust fan could be installed to decrease the toxic fumes in the house. He made the contact, and followed up on it prior to arriving as predicted between 9:15 and 9:30am. He got promptly to work and was finished by 2pm. The finish is immaculate. He reviewed what to expect in drying times, recommended maintenance and cleaning products and made himself available for any problems which might come up.

I had contacted a different well known plumber company in town to repair the drain in my shower/tub insert, when that plumber identified a small hole in the tub. He indicated the entire tub insert needed to be replaced and he would do for us the next day for $4,100. We told him no thanks and researched other options. That is when I learned you could patch these tubs with an epoxy patch. I looked on Angie's list and found BathCrest who was highly rated and making such repairs. I called Jeff at BathCrest on a Friday and the following Monday he came to my house and completed the repair at the cost of his over the phone estimate. The patch looks great and did the trick. I am very pleased with Jeff's responsiveness and the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him to others!

Jeff was the best! He came to my house the next day to give an estimate and stated what we needed done could be done. He even threw in fixing the chip on the tub for free. The work was superb. You can't even tell there was a hole there! I can't even tell where the chip was exactly! Excellent work. He is even came back the next day to place the drain he had to take out without any extra charge. I highly recommend him to family and friends and would hire him again.
