BATH CREST

Gave estimate over phone. Arrived on time. Completed work in about 1 hour. Left work area clean. Tub looked like new. Was friendly and focused on job. Charge was same as estimate.

I thought it would be better to just have my tub refinished as opposed to try and cleaning it, as there were years of mineral deposits built up and there was a small nickel-sized portion of the porcelain that had been worn away by a dripping faucet. Jeff did a great job scraping the adhesive remnants from a shower door that was attached (I had removed it prior to refinishing) and the mineral deposits. The tub looks brand new and he gave me some pointers on how to keep the finish looking good and to save time from cleaning. There was some dust from the refinishing materials that covered the bathroom window screen, but it was fairly easy to clean off. Jeff did a great job and I would recommend his services to others.

Everything went perfectly! The tub looks amazing! Jeff is very friendly and personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He's also careful about protecting the surrounding areas from over-spray. He let us know what products to use on the tub to keep it looking beautiful, charged a very reasonable price and cleaned up really well. He patched a worn spot to make it look like it was never there, and the finish is perfect. No drips, dings or smudges. Excellent.

Jeff was friendly, timely, and priced reasonably. Tub looks fine from a distance, but paint runs are evident in a couple of areas. There were also spots where a dust particle had collected paint and a sharp glob protruded. These were easily picked off, but tiny bare spots remain. The caulk job was mediocre. We had just tiled to the tub, and the paint line on the grout was not clean. (we should have done the grout AFTER the refinish.) I liked jeff, and wish this could have been a more positive review. The company saw the report I left on Angie?s List and called to asked if they could do a rework on the bathtub. I didn't know this was an option but I agreed. The tub tuned out a lot better. My hats off to Angie?s List and the contractor for caring.

This is the second bathtub that Jerry has worked on. Two years ago I had him do a similar job, where he applied a non-skid mat to one tub in a bathroom I was remodeling. Now, for the second tub, he reported that the maker of the mats used previously had gone out of business, and he had not found a suitable replacement. But, he had a second method that involved chemically etching the surface of the tub, followed by a clear of colored finish. I went with that, and am quite pleased with the result. And, Jerry was punctual, clean, quick, and pleasant. I highly recommend him and his services.

Jeff returned my call promptly. I received an estimate right away and a time was scheduled to do the work. Jeff had a conflict come up for the scheduled time. He called me more than a day in advance to reschedule the work. Jeff completed the work at the rescheduled time. The bath area was masked off and covered properly. There was no overspray or any indication that a messy job had been performed there, except of course for a tub that looked brand new.

He did an outstanding job. We are very satisfy with his work.

Fantastic. Builder (Centex) damaged the tub 3 years ago and they repaired it. Poorly repaired. Jeff had to remove prior work and then repatch and refinish. Outstanding work. Jeff met his phone estimate, was on time and very professional. A pleasure to work with.

They were very efficient, high quality, and very courteous. We are very pleased with the work.

He was able to complete the work on short notice and in accordance with our schedule. He arrived promptly, did some unscheduled repair work, and reglazed the whole tub. He has given us other ideas to repair the bathroom on a realistic budget. He was friendly and helpful-we wish we had done this sooner. ReBath wanted $1600 to replace the surround and reglaze the tub. This was a significant cost savings to us.

As expected, overall good job at the price quoted (I was hoping there was a lower cost option since there was only one really bad area). He was pleasant and offered solid after-care ideas.

I had others quote almost $2000 more, and this is better than pulling it out and putting in a new one. A lot cheaper, too.

Jeff was great. He called me back promptly when I left my initial message; he arrived on time and finished the work in about two hours. His suggestion to re-glaze only the problem areas instead of re-glazing the entire tub saved me over $300, and it looks great. He obviously takes great pride in his work, and I would definitely hire him again.

Jeff Barry was prompt, efficient and highly professional. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and I would certainly turn to him again for help if necessary. He did an excellent job; our tub looks brand new.

Jeff is a good communicator, a fair and competent workman who is also honest and willing to take less money when called for. He is pleasant and even went the extra mile and recaulked around the tub at no charge. Technically, he saved me $125 by foregoing the more costly refinish job for the simple bottom mat. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

LEFT JEFF A MESSAGE ASKING FOR A RETURN CALL FOR A QUOTE. HE CALLED BACK LATER THAT NIGHT AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON THE PHONE ASKING VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CRACK IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF HE COULD FIX IT. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE OF $150, AND I TOLD HIM I WAS WAITING TO HEAR FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THE NEXT DAY, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE OTHER COMPANY (STILL HAVEN'T), SO I CALLED JEFF AND HE SAID HE COULD COME OUT THAT AFTERNOON. HE ARRIVED AT EXACTLY THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD, AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK ON THE CRACK. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING WHILE HE WORKED AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND EFFICIENT. THE WHOLE THING TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THERE HAD NEVER BEEN A CRACK AT ALL. HE ALSO GAVE ME A TIP ON RECAULKING THE TUB (WHICH I'VE DONE SUCCESSFULLY WITH HIS TIP). I HAD PREVIOUSLY GOTTEN A QUOTE OF ABOUT $3000 TO PUT IN A NEW TUB AND REDO THE BATHROOM, SO $150 WAS A FAIR PRICE TO PAY TO FIX IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF AND BATH CREST.

BATH CREST DID AN AMAZING REPAIR JOB ON THE SURFACE OF MY NEW WHIRLPOOL. I CAN'T EVEN LOCATE THE AREA THAT WAS REPAIRED. JEFF BERRY WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND DEFINITELY KNOWS HIS STUFF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
