Called to discuss and ultimately schedule the work and Jeff was very flexible with scheduling. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and called the morning of the job to advise he was stopping at the hardware store for supplies. When he arrived, he surveyed the situation, set up the exhaust fan, masked or draped everything and then got to work. He worked diligently throughout the morning - without any break - and updated us on his progress. When he finished - about 4 hours later - he was very proud of his work and gave us detailed instructions on the maintenance of the newly glazed tub. We are VERY pleased with the quality of the work performed and with the outcome. The tub truly looks brand new.

They were prompt and they showed up when they were scheduled. They did exactly what we asked them to do. Their price was competitive.

Arrived on time and completed the work in about 25 minutes. He was very professional and kind to my child. He left the area clean. He installed a non-skid surface last year that has lasted and been a pleasure.

The first coat for some reason bubbled the next day, in one damaged spot That seemed to completely surprise Jeff. But, he promptly came right back out, and completely redid the job, and it's been fine since. He's easy to work with, good at what he does, is cost conscious and tries to please.

Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone. We were able to set up a mutually convenient time to have the work done. He arrived promptly and explained the process. He left detailed instructions for the care of the new finish on the tub. The tub looks brand new!

Jeff Barrie arrived on time as scheduled. He evaluated the tub and said refinishing the bottom only would be the best solution since the tub wasn't that old. There was also a nick in the side that he could repair. That saved us almost $300. Jeff went right to work and completed the job with an hour or so. He left no mess and explained the care of the tub with the new surface. The tub looks much better now. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed this service.

Called Bath Crest several weeks in advance and set up an appointment time on 8/25 at 10 am. I took the day off work. When they didn't show up at 10am, I called them and they said we didn't have an appointment- even though we had discussed the date and time on the phone. They apologized and offered to schedule another time, but we needed to have this done before having overnight guests stay over the weekend. And, now I've lost a day of personal time from work. We'll be using another service provider in the future.

During the sale of our home, the buyers inspector had noted some cracks in the shower (fiberglass I believe) they wanted repaired. I saw on Angie's list Bathcrest had done similar work. Most other people we called said it couldn't be done or were unable to do the repairs. Bathcrest came out and repaired several large and small cracks in the shower stall. You cannot even tell there were even cracks there, and some went all the way through! They did an INCREDIBLE job and we were soooo pleased. It passed the second inspection!

Answered a few questions over the phone with Jeff and he gave me the price and when he was available - which was almost immediately. He the showed up on time and was very professional the entire time. He even came back a day later to replace the bath drain. Overall very pleasant experience. Would definitely refer others to Bath Crest.

I received an estimate over the phone and the work was scheduled within a few days of my call. He arrive promtply, looked at the damage and confirmed the price he quoted over the phone. He took great care in preparing the tub before fixing the chips. I was curious about the process, so he explained the process and each step involved. After he completed the work he also gave me tips on products that help improve the life of tubs/finishes. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service like this!

I contacted Jeff and explained that I wanted to get my tub refinished, and he gave me an estimate over the phone of approx $360, we scheduled a date for him to come do the work. He showed up exactly when he said he would, examined my tub, and told me he felt the bottom need recovered, but not the whole tub and explained why. The job ended up costing me $190 and I am very pleased with the work he did.

smooth, professional, most of this job managed by my contractor, with my choosing BathCrest as the subcontractor...but he reported that all was on time and professionally handled and in the promised amount of time...the results are certainly good, which is what I see and I had no days of inconvenience (it was handled while I was out of town for 2 days)

He was very pleasant to work with and he knew what he was doing. He came on time and went right to work. I had scheduled him previously for another day but he forgot and didn?t come out that day.

He was very good and better than the other companies that we had before. He came pretty quickly and we would use him again in future.

After everything dried, there were a couple of rough spots, but he came back to remedy that right away.

They did a great job. It is very smooth with no lumps. They were a little more expensive but the quality of work is very high. They showed up on time. They had to come back and there was no problems getting a hold of them.

The experience was very good. They were on time, did a good job and did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up very well. I am happy with the results.

They did the bathtub and shower exchange in one day. We had to have the floor reinforced before we could tile it, but it didn't hold so we had to have it done over again. We love this guy, I had very little cleanup after he was done. He even put up a plastic shield and layed down plastic to keep the dust and whatnot out of the rest of the house.
