This is the most honest and capable heating and cooling company that I have ever used. We had a business and he serviced our huge air conditioners for years plus our home. He put in our new furnace. He services our AC. I strongly recommend him.

They are out to get your money and they really do not care about their customers!! Save yourself the time and the money give your business to someone else!!

no leak test preformed before adding coolant..4 days after coming out still no hot air, thats with the company saying wait 2 days.. telling them over and over again our ac unit does not work after paying them the 130 to check it out and 20 extra dollars because we were given a so called LBS of freeon for free. Still didn't work, then wanna charge double to come back out, so what you can con more money out of a customer.. i will never recommend this company

I called with concern about how my AC unit was performing. These guys are the most knowledgeable and trust worthy heating and air company I have worked with. I called with a concern and over the phone they walked me threw how I could fix the issue myself because they stated based on what I described there was no issue. There are not many companies who will take as much time as they did to walk you through that without having to schedule a maintenance call. I have purchased a service agreement with them but when I called they didn't even ask if I had one, they were just willing to help. Excellent people, excellent company.

Services performed were great. The tech spent time going over every element to ensure I understood what he was looking for and doing. Unfortunately my system had a freon leak and the tech recommended a new HVAC. Baptist sent a sales guy to my house who spent almost 2 hours trying to sell me on their overpriced system. I obtained other quotes which ended up being much more reasonable, which is why I say I will not go back to Baptist.

They were professional, punctual, answered many questions.

I had bought a unit from them. I liked the process of them coming out and the estimate. They seem real service oriented. I haven't been disappointed.

Got introduced to Baptist when my furnace quit during a frigid spell. They got someone out the day I talked to them, and I had a new furnace in a couple of days. The furnace stopped working 5 days later. Called Baptist at about midnight. They offered to send someone out, but I was able to get it cycle for a while before going off again. Repair guy showed up at 8 AM, and he fixed the problem and a few others for no charge. While I wasn't thrilled about having to call them back out, they made up for it with their great service.

The office staff was patient and friendly. The technician arrived within the time suggested. He was meticulous and thorough with his work. He cleaned up and was courteous. I am very pleased and will be a repeat customer.

The cleaning and inspection service went well. We have used Baptist Heating and Air for several years now, after they installed our furnace. The office representative that I spoke with was helpful in scheduling the appointment. The technician called to advise that he was running ahead of schedule. He performed all work well and to our expectations. I would recommend Baptist Heating & Air for this type of work.

Service technician, Rob 2, was extremely knowledgeable and corrected the issue within 30 mins of being at our home. Rob 2 was very courteous and explained the issues and corrective actions clearly so we could understand them. He also provided tips for preventing it from happening again and some other general tips for winterizing our home in the winter months. Rob 2 is one of the best technician we've ever worked with across any trade. He was punctual, professional, and did it with top notch quality. Baptist Heating came out as part of our home warranty program. I would definitely use them again, regardless if it's thru our warranty program or not. They were great!

Our home warranty company assigned Baptist Heating & Air to our air conditioner problem after we had a significant issue with a different company. We have had to file multiple claims on our HVAC system since purchasing our home five years ago. We were weary of anyone who came out to work on the system, as we had been lied to over time, and contractors repeatedly misdiagnosed or improperly repaired the problems with the system. That all changed when Baptist came out to help us. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that they were a completely different kind of company, who truly cares about their customers. It was clear that they were not just going to write us off because we had a home warranty, as other companies had done. From our very first interaction with Andrew on the phone, we were impressed. He contacted us as soon as we filed the claim with the home warranty and scheduled the diagnostic right away. After all these years, we finally felt like we had a company that knew what they were doing and provided excellent customer service matched with great skill. We were impressed with the time spent by the man who came out to perform the diagnostic and estimate, and felt he was thorough and fair. It turned out that there were significant problems with our system. Baptist, particularly Andrew, advocated for us to have the entire air conditioner replaced. I know this was no easy task, but he did not give up because he knew that was the correct solution to our problem. Once he convinced the warranty company that a replacement was the only way to go, he also navigated problems with parts the home warranty company ordered, to make sure mistakes were corrected right away so that we could get the new system installed as quickly as possible. We have had the home warranty for five years, and we are grateful for it, but have also learned how much of a headache it can be to deal with a third party when you're trying to get something done. In the past, I have been the one who has spent hours at a time on the phone with the warranty company, trying to get things sorted out. Andrew didn't let me do this, and I was blown away by his proactive customer service as he dealt with the entire process so that I didn't have to. We didn't ask or expect him to do any of this-- that is just how this company operates. The installers were very professional and informative, and took great care to install the system properly. They clearly had a strong eye for detail and a great work ethic. I especially appreciated their perfectionism with the installation. I can't say enough wonderful things about Baptist, and only wish we had come across them several years ago. Now that we have found them, we will never let anyone else work on our HVAC system. We plan to use them for all our service and maintenance needs. Thank you to Andrew and everyone at Baptist for working so hard and doing such a phenomenal job. We appreciate you greatly!

Initially Baptist Heating & Air came out in response to a call to our home warranty provider to look at an issue with our air conditioner. As suspected the condenser had failed. The HVAC system was near the end of it's life and I was planning to update it before winter. After discussing options with the warranty company, I decided to replace the entire system rather than their solution for replacing the condenser. I called several companies for quotes and Baptist was included because they had already been out to the house. We chose Baptist Heating & Air to provide and install the new system based on our experience with the warranty call. We made the request to move forward late on Friday afternoon and they were at the house to begin the install Monday morning. The install took a little longer than expected, but the install was completed Monday evening. The install looks great and works great too. We had an issue occur Tuesday afternoon where the cooling stopped working. We called Baptist and they returned to the house within a couple hours of the phone call. Rob came out and found a wire nut connection had come lose in the condenser unit. It was a simple fix and things were up and running again. I took the time to ask Rob a few questions about the new unit and he was great at answering all my questions. Despite the minor glitch on Tuesday, I feel confident we made the right decision to go with Baptist. Thanks Rob!

We recently purchased a home and our air conditioner started making very loud noises. I called the Home Warranty company and I was referred to another company (Custom Touches). The gentleman from Custom Touches came, took the blower apart, took our money and never came back. I called the Warranty company back and asked for another company to come out. The warranty company called at 9:30 and by 12:00 Baptist Heating and Air showed up. Michael was the service man that came to the house and he was very professional. By 12:30 he had ordered the necessary parts, left to pick them up and by 3:00 my house was cooling again. Thank you so much for being prompt, professional and friendly (even as my two year old kept calling him Bob). I would highly recommend Baptist Heating and Cooling. In fact we are considering upgrading our current unit to something bigger that will work better for our home. And as a side note he even disposed of a dead mole found in our front yard.

The air conditioner went out while we were on vacation. Repairman arrived the day after I called. Suppose to be here between 1:00 and 4:00. Came promptly at 1. Repaired the unit quickly. The next day it went out again. 30 minutes after I called a repairman was here. The compressor had gone out. Repaired quickly and professionally. Was a Home Warranty call so only cost the $75 deductible. I always request Baptist when I call the Home Warranty company.

We have gotten some estimates for a new air conditioner this spring. The brand of equipment this company sells is rated the most reliable. And it appears that Baptist Heating is the most qualified to install it. Because they have the most continuing education and certifications. I would recommend this provider and would use them in the future.

It was good. I found them through my intern. They workers were respectful.

They were pretty good. The guy was really. good. They have a lot of information. If I happen to know a guy who buys houses and stuff like that, I would highly recommend him. He actually showed me pictures. He had a snake cam to show me the crack in the furnace. The guy that came out was super nice and easy. You could tell that he is in the business for quite a while.

They were awesome. I have no complaints. The prices were freaking high. I knew what needed to be done by looking at it but I didn't have the part so they came out. I needed a capacitor, now I know the prices of capacitors, its like 13 bucks. When it was all said and done it was over 200 dollars. I had to order the part for him. All he had to do was unplug it and plug in the new capacitor. That was it and he charged me 200 dollars on labor so I thought that was a bit steep. It was really like plugging in a socket and unplugging it, he pulled the wires off, put in the capacitor, plugged in the wires and he was done. He was on time and he was professional. He was the only one who could come that day. They were very nice. They are good people.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my new furnace! I interviewed 3 contractors and I'm glad I did because Baptist Heating was the last. Rob phoned to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Immediately upon entering he place plastic covers on his shoes so he would track snow in the house. He examined the furnace and explained what was happening and gave an estimate for repairing the furnace although he said that replacement would be necessary in the near future. He throughly explained recommendations for repair as well as exactly what he would do if the decision was to replace. One contractor did not identify the make of the furnace. Rob took picture of the area and emailed them to someone at the company while the 2 problem-solved installing the furnace in the available space. Both the price and the financing were the best of the three. My home has never been comfortable in the 10 years I lived here and replaced the furnace within the first year. Rooms have been cold in winter and some very hot in summer. As I discussed the issue with Rob he offered potential solutions and we decided to replace the furnace and the AC unit. To solve the problem, they placed sensors to connect with the thermostat. The furnace now uses nformation from from different areas and what a difference! Im not using space heaters anywhere and no longer do I microwave a large heated pad to place under my comforter. The installers again phoned to tell me they were on their way and gave an estimated arrival time. They worked until after 8 p.m. to make sure that there would be heat before they left. They were careful to clean up and to let me know what was happening. They showed me how to work the thermostat and gave me information to register it online.The furnace looks sold, performs well, i'm comfortable for the first time in 10+ years. I have phoned them with a couple of question. They have always been friendly and responsive. I could not be happier and would give this company the highest rating possible.
