 + -1 moreOn 2/16 Steam Master came out to clean our carpets and they refused to clean them. B&C Carpet Care was recommended by our banker. Bob came out and worked 4 hours and did an amazing job. Some of the stains from dog urine did not come out, which was expected. House smells great and floors are amazingly clean.
Description of Work: Cleaned our family room and master bedroom carpet. Area had stains from dog urine. Amazing results.

 + -1 moreWe have a 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home around 3,000 square feet. The owner, Bob Whiteman, cleaned our carpets (approximately 1,331 square feet of carpet) himself. It took him 6 1/2 hours. He vacuumed completely, moved all the furniture, and cleaned thoroughly. The agent he used to clean was non-toxic, had no odor, and was dry in one hour. When finished, he replaced all the furniture. Personally, he was a delightful young man who was ready to help in any way. In the history of carpet cleaning, never have carpets been so clean. The best carpet cleaning ever!
Description of Work: Cleaned all the carpets in our house with a dry, non-steam, rapid drying (60 minutes) technique.

 + -1 moreThe owner, Mr. Bob Whiteman, arrived at the specified time. He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white). He did not rush through the job. This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job. I like the fact that he doesn't depend on a crew but does the work himself. He is very professional.

 + -1 moreThe price was seemingly "too good to be true" but I felt I was getting a high pressure sale. It made me feel uncomforable to be pushed to decide right-now. He also called back frequently. He might have been a fine gentleman and possibly would have done a good job but I chose another company due to the pressure of the sale I felt.
Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for $280 when others estimated closer to $500. I ultimately went with a higher priced company but did receive an estimate from this one.
