The one thing that I think that I did notice about them is that I liked their work however it was very difficult to get them to come back. They started but always were delayed somehow. Anyone who uses them should always make sure that they stay on schedule and that they complete the work when they say they are going to. They delayed our project over a month and a half. They had all good intentions but there was always a problem. Their price was excellent. The quality was very good but their responsiveness was very bad. I would probably use them again because they did good work and they were professional.

He has not finished my job and he has told me mulitple times that he will come out to finish it but he never shows up. It is hard to contact him since he rarely answers my calls. I would like to have him finish the job quickly because I use a walker and so does my sister. This incomplete porch makes it very hard for us.

I called after seeing the Angie's list rating for them as being good. I called and left my number with a woman who said she would give it to the business owner who would call me. When he did not return my call, I called a second time but again received no answer. I even e-mailed them but received no reply there either. If they were to busy to take on another job, I would understand, but to not even get a reply is insulting. If this is the way they treat prospective customers, I don't want anything to do with their business. I have a large job that they could have done, but will now give it to someone else.

Everything went smoothly. Mr. Bailey was prompt and professional. He completed the work on the scheduled date within the estimated time. Good work. No surprises.

Bailey responded immediately and was just as responsive in providing a very reasonable quotation. They scheduled the work in the time-frame we needed, performed the work in the time-frame discussed..... Everything we were promised happened. The quality of the work was very good and the individuals providing the service were friendly and personable. It was a great outcome and we were incredibly pleased.

Overall we did not use this contractor for our concrete drive, but would have been comfortable in doing so. He was the lowest bidder out of three contractors. I chose to use the contractor with the middle price.

Mr. Bailey certainly knows concrete and does excellent work. He will go the extra mile to please a customer and actually did extra work that was not contracted to do. I would say his only fault is that he has a tendacy to not ask for an appropriate dollar down as a retainer which may lead to his asking for additional dollars before completed. But I am not faulting this - he is basically a new company and I believe is a little lax on telling his customer whether he wants 1/3 down or possibly more. I engaged Mr. Bailey to do the work on my own home and that of my son whose home is directly across from mine. We were both very pleased. I am anticipaing additional concrete work to be done and I will certainly call on Bailey Construction to do the job. It is not easy to find someone who knows the technique of concrete porches, etc. This man does. I would recommend him to anyone.

When we purchased our lake home, the patio was disintegrating and the sidewalk around the side of the house was also falling apart. We had heard about David Bailey from some friends who had work done by Mr. Bailey. Our home is located in Niniveh and we were not sure Mr. Bailey would travel that far. However, after contacting him, he came down, gave us an estimate and told us when he could perform the work. We liked the ideas Mr. Bailey had about extending the patio and his design to improve the look of the sidewalk. He finished the sidewalk in aggregate concrete that really sets the whole thing off. We have been very pleased with Mr. Bailey's work and professionalism and would highly recommend him.
