Wow! I am so thankful you put this review! The reason is this: I did not have any scheduled appointment with you. If I did, I would have made it to your house on the appointed day or called you and apologized to reschedule. But, since you made a false review here on Angie's List, I am so grateful that we did not do work for you as you may have said and done worse things. The timing is perfect, especially since I was going to call you today to schedule the estimate. Sir, in our conversation you told me about another company that did a bad job on your water feature and you wanted us to fix their mistakes. Well, unfortunately for you, by making this false claim against me and my company, you lost your opportunity to get the highest quality customer service and highest quality craftsmanship for water features in all of Indiana. Just for your memory sake, here is how you and I left the conversation: You told me that any day Monday through Friday after 4:00 PM will work for you to schedule the estimate or Saturday or Sunday anytime. I told you I would contact you when I have a day that works best and you said OK. Then, not even a week later, you write this review, with no communication in between. I understand you are frustrated that someone else did a poor quality job on your water feature, but getting frustrated at me for no logical reason is not going to fix your problem, only make it worse for you. This is Marc Mills with Backyard Blessings and I hope readers of this review will get a better understanding of who I am, and what type of business we run. Please read the remaining reviews where people have great things to say about us. I am not perfect, but there is a reason we get A's on our work reviews. And its important to remember we did not do any work for this particular person.
