Description of Work: I used B Davis Remodeling Company. We built a detached three car garage. He finished the garage about a month ago.

Description of Work: B Davis Remodeling Company came out the first time when they put a two-storey addition on our house in 2007. They also fixed a drainage problem that would stop our basement from flooding and they put on a large patio on the back of our house.

Description of Work: We added a 600 sq. foot room addition to the back of our house consisting of a living area, bedroom, and full bath.

Description of Work: We needed to refurbish our 16 X 24 foot storage barn. B. Davis put on siding, a new roof made new swing out doors to replace the barn type sliding doors. He also leveled the building and installed a window in the top level. The work was completed in a very timely manner. He always keeps the work area picked up free from trash. We have had Bill do other work and have been completely satisfied and referred his to others.

Description of Work: This was for a room addition.

Description of Work: I had a bathroom remodeled. It was small with a horrible layout. Additionally, there was a window present that limited what we could do while staying within budget. Before I ever signed a contract, Mike spent several hours with me over several weeks to make sure I had the right tile, granite and fixtures and would be happy with the job. He also put a lot of detail into the layout to make sure it was perfect. The overall work quality was excellent and the bathroom looks amazing. They had a couple of small issues with timing that were beyond their control (waiting for glass to arrive). However, their communication was excellent and I always knew what was going on.

Description of Work: Several smaller projects....built floor to ceiling cabinet in mud room, with doors and shelves; installed electrical outlet in cabinet; removed trash compactor and installed new pull out trash container that matched kitchen cabinets perfectly; repaired leak in upstairs shower and repaired drywall below.

Description of Work: Two story addition, roof, straight and curved driveways, retaining wall, deck. Two car oversized garage with large room above. Brought electrical in house up to code as well as smoke detectors. "sun room" above the garage has windows on three sides, French doors to living room, French doors to deck and backyard. Bill redesigned the roof line so the addition is seamless. He covered the front porch which improved the front door entrance and makes the front door area inviting. Bill was very easy to work with and we have hired him for two other jobs. One was to redesign patio. It is now curved, runs the length of the house, has all the electrical outlets I wanted! It is exposed aggregate stained to compliment the house. It has a river rock and fieldstone edging that is about 3 feet wide. This softens the transition from concrete to grass. His care in grading and slope of the patio stopped water from coming into the basement - an earlier problem. Bill goes above and way beyond what is expected - I would hire him again for any project - without getting other estimates. His prices were below others and he did much more to make jobs complete and attractive.

Description of Work: Completely stripped out the bathroom, replaced the shower stall with a tub, installed hand held sprayer and rain-bucket shower head, new toilet, vanity, tile in tub area and floor, and installed a heated floor. Also installed a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Description of Work: The company is going to replace 8 windows in our living room, take up carpet, replace lighting & do additional electrical work.

Description of Work: Removed and installed new bathroom exhaust fan including hose and exterior pipe and roof cap. Removed water damaged ceiling drywall and replaced. Removed and replaced shower door, cleaning off old caulk and aligning properly. Installed new tub spout in fiberglass tub unit. Removed and replaced water damaged ceiling in bedroom. Included a new roof boot for sewer line and replacement of sewer line fromt he attic out. Replaced attic water damaged insulation. Installed a new 200 amp 40 breaker electrical panel (already had 200 amp service). Ran new wires to and installed 8 new GFCI 20 amp plugs around exterior of brick home. Added electrical outlet to inside wall of garage. Installed several roof plumbing boots and reroofed aound them. Ran a 30 amp 10-2 outdoor underground wire to RV area in driveway. Installed box on 4x6 post. Placed a 30 amp circuit in panel (line to RV) single pole 110V. Added two 2x4 supports in attic under dipped area in garage (this was something he saw as a problem and fixed at no additional charge). Recommended we have it repaired when a new roof had to be installed. Also fixed garage attic stairs that he noticed had a problem (again at no additional charge) We did not have him paint the repaired areas in the bathroom and bedroom, we did that ourselves. We also need a repair on the stoop by the back door, but was suggested that it would be more economical to do it when he had another concrete job to do. We agreed to this. Looked at some work we had just had done on the chimney and made a recommendation of something we should do with it. He took pictures of his work for his records.

Description of Work: We added a front porch to our brick ranch style house. Bill matched the brick that went around the base of the porch and filled in with brick where we had him take out two lights on the face of the house. We also had the entire house roofed and where we had a previous contractor not fix a problem correctly, Bill corrected and the roof looks great.

Description of Work: Bill helped us design a new curved patio that ties in with a deck. He removed the old patio - pavers, concrete, and slate. He dug out raised flower beds that ran the length of the house. He removed old wiring and outdoor lighting. He regraded so water flows away from the house. He put in an exposed aggrate patio with river rock surround and flagstones so the edge could be mowed over. He added outlets along the perimeter of the patio just exactly the way I wanted them. He wired so that some of the lights could be turned on from inside the house and others from outside - the way I wanted them. He took care of all permits and all work and clean up. We signed the contract and wrote the checks and he took care of everything else.

Description of Work: They have done a variety of work for us including installing all new wood doors, baseboards, and window trim.

Description of Work: When I bought my house there was an enclosed patio with many issues. They transformed the space into a functional, warm room.

Description of Work: I had a door connecting the kitchen to the garage taken out. It was replaced with a door which features a window.

Description of Work: Installed new energy efficient Marvin windows throughout our home. Painted windows, installed new molding around windows, removed old windows, and installed all new windows.

Description of Work: The remodeled area above 3 car garage into a large room suitable for living space. We designed it for model train layout. Area also includes a full bathroom. The total square footage was about 600. Included a separate heating/cooling system for the remodeled area, as well as a heating system for the garage below. Extensive storage areas included in design.
