+ -1 moreThe installation went well. The system itself had some issues, but AVI Systems worked with usin trying to resolve all of them. There have been a couple of times where I had to call them more than once, but they eventually came out to resolve any issue for us.

Description of Work: After using the last system for 20 years, even moving it once 14 years ago I got them to put in a new system. I am very pleased with the cost. The short learning curve of the "one remote " system makes using it fully from "day one" easily done!! This small business owner is very trustworthy !

+ 0 moreWE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH FALSE ALARMS. NEVER CONFIDENT THAT ALARM SYSTEM WAS WORKING. STEREO SYSTEM NEVER WORKED THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO FROM DAY ONE. THE UNIVERSAL REMOTE DIDN'T WORK. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreI WAS IMPRESSED WITH RANDY'S WORK ETHIC. HE PROBABLY PUT IN ABOUT A 10 HOUR DAY, WITH LITTLE TO NO BREAKS. HE WAS TOTALLY COMMITTED TO GETTING THE JOB DONE WELL AND HE GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTED MY FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALLS TO CHECK HOW CERTAIN COMPONENTS WORKED.
Description of Work: TECHNICIAN RANDY PEEK STREAMLINED AND INSTALLED OUR TV, VCR, DVD, RECEIVER, EQUALIZER, CD AND TAPE DECK, INSURED THE SURROUND SOUND WAS GOOD. HE ALSO CONNECTED THE SYSTEM TO SPEAKERS IN THE KITCHEN, AND INSTALLED AND CONNECTED A SPEAKER SET OUTSIDE, AS WELL.
