I was thrilled. They came out, inspected line with camera. attached new drain line to eliminate the part where roots had pierced the pipe then extended the line further out in the lawn to allow for free draining of water from the gutters. They dug up the yard sooo neatly, carefully removing the sod then replacing. After a few days I could hardly tell where they dug! They even moved some bedding plants and replaced after done. Also, made a suggestion relocate another downspout that could have harmed the new concrete drive in winter freeze conditions.

I am completely thrilled! My sewer line was starting to back up due to tree roots. I had one company come out and tell me that I had to replace the pipe and the cost was starting at $4500.00. Augusta came out and was able to clean it and told me no replacement was necessary. The total charge from Augusta was $500.00 to do so.

Great! Steve informed us that the plastic culvert pipes we see at some of ur neighbors do not meet code, so it is good we want steel, which was available in two gauges (thicknesses). We choose the heavier one so it would withstand the weight of service trucks we occasionally have in our driveway, such as tree-trimmers and septic pumpers. He monitored our ditch for when it was dry enough to dig after this spring's heavy rains. He made sure utility lines were marked before his crew started work. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard until the job was done. They seemed professional, careful, and well disciplined. They did nit disturb either our rose beds or our mailbox which are all very close to the dig area. They poured and raked fresh gravel over the dig area so the driveway looks good and is a smooth ride over the culvert. At this point we are very pleased with the job. Final opinion will depend on how well the culvert performs and how well the installation holds up. We have confidence that we will continue to be pleased with the job Augusta Underground did for us.

Crew was excellent - Steve, Joel, Rob and one other. Finished in one day, rather than the estimated two. Minimized the amount of driveway that needed to be removed. Joel did a nice job with finishing touches the next day. Filled a 10' hole with rock. Took a while to get a quote. Worth the wait.

The owner was there and worked right along with the crew. They had large pieces of equipment there to do the job. They put all the dirt back and planted grass on top.

Could not have gone better. True professionals who know their work and go above and beyond to satisfy customers. They pay attention to all the details. Very refreshing to work with these type of people.

Well worth the money. We asked buyer to contribute to fixing the drains - a cost of $10,000. He offered $1,000. We could not reach agreement on this item, and abandoned the offer.

Very well. Augusta was pleasant, efficient, and competent. They were not the lowest bid we got (by a small margin), but were worth the small difference on this important job. I would recommend them without reservation.

They did an excellent job. They were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond in letting us know that almost all of our downspouts were clogged and not working properly. They even replaced one by redirecting it away from the house because it was too close to the grinder system they were installing. They also unclogged 2 of the downspouts. After the system was up and running, the ground was re-graded very nicely so that all we have to do is seed the areas that were disturbed.

Very well; highly efficient with excellent team work. Highly professional team. Started and completed work on time. Communicated very well about their progress/status. When they were finished it was hard to tell they had done any digging.

We talked to several "experts," including a company that claimed to be the best with older homes (ours is approaching 90yrs). While others told us the only option was to dig up our yard and replace the whole line (quotes of approx. $35,000), Steve from Augusta told us that all we really needed was an outside clean-out which accommodates a larger blade and therefore allows more roots to be removed. Augusta came when they said they would, and took extreme care to preserve our walkway and landscaping. They finished by doing a very thorough root removal, using a camera while working to make sure they got the line clean - all this at a fraction of the cost other companies quoted. We would absolutely recommend Augusta. They are very busy, so scheduling was a few weeks out, but they were definitely worth the wait.

It went like a dream. I have nothing but the finest praises for Augusta Underground. They even coordinated a separate plumbing project that needed to be done at the same moment. It was a lovely thing...if one can talk about plumbing as lovely. These are the kind of people that you want for anything related to what they do.

We contacted them back in June after finding great reviews on all internet searches. It took several weeks for them to come out and review what needed to be done. The estimate was delivered within a few days. We took a week to decide ( our fault, deciding on funding). Once we were put on the schedule we were told it was going to be a while because they were very busy and needed our yard to be very dry so the July and August heat would help dry it out. So be patient they are worth the wait! We were notified the end of Sept that Oct 4-6 they would be here. The extra dirt acquired when they pulled dirt away from the house created quite a bit of extra dirt. This dirt also was full of English ivy vines ( what a pain!) The workers asked permission to spread the dirt in low areas of the yard and it ended up with a light layer of dirt on our whole front yard. Minus all the ivy vines what a workout these poor guys got! There was an extra charge, but we discussed options before they did this and it was our choice to do this, so no they did not add some extra service in the middle of the job, but gave us an option instead of just hauling the dirt away as another contractor had done in a different area of our yard. Dirt cost money so don't let contractors just haul it away. It was really nice to have our yard professionally leveled and reseeded!

Excellent job. Did all work as quoted, was on time and finished quickly. Left jobsite in neat condition. Highly recommended.

They showed up on the day and did a very nice job of connecting our house. The best part is the way they graded the ground after doing installing the pipe. The people who work for Augusta are very nice.

A tenant informed me of a sewage backup in the basement of a duplex. I called another company to try to clear the clog. They were not able to get it open and suggested I contact a company that could repair the damage. I checked Angie's List and chose Augusta based on excellent reviews. I called Augusta and spoke to Heather. She was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire process. Since the issue was an emergency with no drainage from the property, Augusta came out the same day to check it out.. The next day they brought their own equipment to attempt to clear the drain and to video it. They were able to open the drain enough to get it to flow, but found a partial collapse of the pipe outside of the house under the concrete steps. Since there was some flow through the pipe, it was not an emergency to complete the repair. They provided me a quote and the work was scheduled for about two weeks out. They agreed to waive the $440 charge for the initial work if I had them do the full repair job. About a week later, however, the water was backing up in the basement again. I called Heather and they were able to get a crew working on the job the next day. They had to remove a large set of concrete steps and some sidewalk to excavate to the break. The pipe was excavated and repaired within two days. The pipe was pretty deep since it ran under the basement of the house. The area was backfilled and cleaned up and the pipe was video'd within another couple of days. I was informed that the video showed damage right at the connection to the sewer, but that this was not my responsibility. They provided me with a DVD showing the damage so I can contact Citizens Energy who is contracted by the city to operate the sewer system and get them to repair the damage. I will definitely be using Augusta for any future work.

Augusta was great to work with. All are professional, great communicators, respectful, and efficient. I hired them to connect my home to the newly installed sanitary sewer system in my neighborhood. All the homes in my neighborhood need to be connected to the sewer system within six months. I have watched Augusta's crew work on many of my neighbor's properties. They are amazingly efficient and have this project down to a science. The old septic tank was drained, filled, and capped. Their sub-contracted plumber rerouted my main drain to go out the front of the crawls space instead of to the backyard. The front yard was dug up to insert the sewer line. This team takes great care in tilling up the clay soils and reinserting it and watering it as they go along. They grade the area so that it is prepared to grass seed. All I had to do was put down grass seed, purchase and lay down a straw mat, and water. The area looks amazing after only a few weeks.

They did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They got the job done very quickly and they did a nice job of filling the trench and flattening out the soil. In a year you probably won't be able to tell they were there. The only problem we had was they hit my ATT line by accident because it was hidden by a bunch of roots. But they patched the cable perfectly and my service was restored. I didn't even have to call ATT.
