Description of Work: Augusta Underground replaced the sewer line. I was very pleased that the owner was very informative throughout the process. I knew I wanted to be home for the work performed and I am glad that I was. They put my yard back in good condition. Leveled out the yard and planted grass seed. I really appreciated that. The crew cleaned up and sprayed the driveway, sidewalk and street. There were no traces of any dirt and or mud left. I would definitely recommend.

+ -1 moreTHEY UNDERCUT THE LOWEST BID BY ABOUT $600! OTHER COMPANIES HAD TOLD US IT WOULD COST $800-$2000. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING, STELLAR! THEY CAME AND DID THE ESTIMATE AND THEN STARTED THE WORK RIGHT AWAY! THEY WERE DONE WITH THE WORK BEFORE THE DAY WAS EVEN OVER! IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! THEY WERE POLITE, NEAT, CLEAN, AND DID A GREAT JOB! THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM, THEY WERE WONDERFUL.

STEVE LOWRY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF CALLING OFFICE, ARRANGED CONTACT WITH THE WATER COMPANY AND HAD THE ENTIRE JOB COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE CREW LEFT THE YARD AND BASEMENT IN PERFECT CONDITION. IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS COMPANY ALSO HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY TO PERFORM THIS KIND OF WORK. AUGUSTA UNDERGROUND GIVES GREAT SERVICE.A++++
Description of Work: OUR ORIGINAL WATER LINE DEVELOPED A LEAK. AUGUSTA UNDERGROUND REPLACED THE CITY WATER SERVICE LINE FROM SHUT OFF VALVE TO THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO MOVED THE METER FROM THE BASEMENT TO A METER PIT THAT THEY CONSTRUCTED IN THE FRONT YARD PER CURRENT CITY STANDARDS.

THEY EVEN PLANTED NEW GRASS SEED OVER THE EXCAVATED AREA! THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND DO A GREAT JOB AT IT!
