The responsiveness and professionalism of Augusta was outstanding. They accomplished the task without destroying my yard, which was an added bonus. The only thing that would have been better is if they would have hauled away the 5 wheelbarrows of excess dirt, but all in all they did a great job, and I would definitely use them again.

It went well. With their equipment, they could pinpoint where the problem was, and dig only where required to fix it.

Great job! I really enjoyed working with Augusta! They were able to get a permit from the city in no time and started just a few days after we hired them. Ran a 1" line at no additional cost (other companies wanted more $ if over 3/4"). They showed up when they said they would, a first for any contractor I've worked with! Unfortunately, they broke into our well line almost right away, but they fixed it as quickly as possible (about an hour, including their run to HW store for part). We saved quite a bit of money going with Augusta over quotes I received from local large plumbers.

I received several quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. They addressed my issue quickly. I appreciated their hard work. I would work with them again in the future (if necessary) and highly recommend them.

Augusta did a great job, they were courteous and left a clean job site. Their underground boring technology worked great, didn't have to tear up our landscaping or some of the hard-scape we have in the back yard. Would definitely use them again.

It went well. They came and dug a trench, laid PVC pipe, covered it with dirt, reseeded the grass and left. It took 2 days.

Workers did work and were very nice.

Augusta stayed on site for 2-3 hours using their camera to verify their diagnosis. They also gave me the name of another plumber to use that they trusted to fix the actual problem we were having. No charge, and they followed up with a phone call to be sure we were satisfied.

Augusta was wonderful to work with. We needed to get the sewer connect done right away as we had a possible buyer for our house but we were leaving to go visit my husband's family in New York for 2 weeks. There was no way that I could get to the office to pay the city connection fee before we left. Augusta offered to take my check for the connection fee and take care of it being delivered to the city when they pulled the permits for the work. When we came back from vacation, the work was completed with minimal damage to the grass in our front yard. I couldn't have been happier about that as I was concerned the whole front yard would be torn up and here we were trying to maintain curb appeal to sell our house. They got the receipt for the payment to the city to me so I knew all things had been taken care of. They were helpful and pleasant to work with the whole time.

Came in a timely manner. They had trouble with camera but followed up quickly. They completed the drain pipe reroute in one day and left the yard in great shape.

Upon their inspection, it was found that the line had not collapsed, but tree roots had seriously invaded a section of sewer pipe that was clay. This was a line that had been contracted by a previous plumbing company to be replaced totally with PVC. Augusta Undergrounds DVD allowed us to go back to the original plumbing company to get the line dug up and repaired at no cost to us, even though the original warranty had expired. Since they had not performed the job as contracted, the orig. warranty was voided, and we had the DVD proof in hand! Augusta Underground cost us $400.00, but likely save us up to $10,000!

They graded the ground so the water would flow to the actual storm sewer grade.

Our experience w/ Augusta could not have been better. Not only did their representatives strike us as the most down-to-earth and honest, they were also very punctual w/ quotes, services and receipts, and they gave us the best quote of all four we solicted off Angie's List. In fact, their quote (which they met) of $8000 was significantly less than the $12.8K and $12.5K we'd received from two other companies, both of whom struck us as excessive and somewhat taking us for a ride. In contrast to this, Augusta was very personable, not so pushy, and incredibly polite in every discourse with my wife and me. Would definitely recommend without reservations.

Great service. Promptly gave quote, got utilities marked and performed the work. Crew was friendly and efficient and very neat. Cost was higher than other bid, but you get what you pay for. appreciated their responsive to the situation. When your water line is leaking you need a prompt fix

We feel we can now get new carpeting as we understand how to keep our drain clear. i appreciated the fast service as it had been a couple years since we had had the work done.

The company worked one very long day and hand dug the trenches for the new pipe so the sprinkler lines and utilities would not be damaged. They were careful and neat. The drainage system works well now.

The office staff and workers were knowledgeable and efficient. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Cleanup at the end was super. We'd certainly use them again.

We called for an estimate in July 08 for underground drainage of downspouts. My wife explained to Steve we had three areas of concern: downspout next to the front door, downspout @ NE corner, & North wall downspout next to sump outflow. He quoted $2000 and provided a written estimate without diagrams or photos. To protect the trees we postponed work until after autumn when the trees would be dormant. Augusta came out Dec 4, 08 and installed drains. When I inspected the work I discovered they had skipped the downspout next to the front door and tied in the downspout at the NW corner of the porch where there is no basement. I called and explained the situation. Steve and Cliff came out Dec 6 to discuss the matter. They initially wanted additional money to correct the issue, saying that what they had installed was what my wife had requested. They presented me with a rather poorly hand drawn pencil map of the work. I explained that I had complete faith in my wife's ability to convey my instructions and they must have misunderstood. I further explained that I was unable to commit any additional money to the project as my employment status had become uncertain. The following weekend they sent a crew that tied the front door downspout into the NE corner. The pipe runs very close to the surface, but we were assured there was enough fall to ensure proper drainage. We'll have to add some top soil next Spring to provide good coverage. They quality of the work is quite good and the contractor was willing to work with us to correct the issues.

They have photographic equipment that allowed them to see that the city drain line was clogged. This allowed them to contact the county to clean it. It was great to have them be so professional in order to get the work completed. People should make sure to get all quotes of the work before work begins; however the total cost was still a good value for what we had done.

They were great guys to work with. They went out of their way. In fact they bought a tv camera for this project and now have the capability for their other projects. The crew was great. They discovered a man-hole that was paved over by the city. The contractor got permission from the city to uncover it. Again, they took care of a potential major problem. They did excellent work.

Steve and the rest of the guys from Augusta Underground were great to work with. They were friendly and trustworthy. Steve recommended different ways to fix my sump pump line problem. They even refilled a hole I dug trying to fix the problem. They did not need this hole but they filled it for me. I needed to leave before they were finished so I left them alone in my house to finish and lock up. They were trustworthy. I would use them again.

They were very easy to work with. They went beyond and above what they said they would do. They arrived on time and they did the work very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Company gave prompt estimate and description of the work required, they did what they said at a cost that was less than original estimate.
