It went fine. They are very knowledgeable, and thorough, and the radio works very well. The only additional comments I have are that it would have been nice to have been kept updated at more regular intervals throughout the day, since I spent many hours waiting there, and that they need some type of customer waiting area. They only have a few uncomfortable chairs for customers to sit on, no drinking fountain, and the tiny bathroom/closet is very undesirable. For customers that spend several hours waiting at their store, as I did, a few customer-oriented basics such as comfortable chairs that are in a designated customer area, a variety of magazines to read, and water would be appreciated.

The repair man, "Bob," was very nice and did the job at a good price, and in a few hours it was ready.

Overall, a great experience. The guys at Audio Electronics were very professional and installed my Ipod adapter in less time than expected.

Prior to going to Audio Electronics I was under the impression that the Bose radio in a Miata could be replaced only with great difficulty. At the store, Seth Halstead, a salesperson/installer assured me that I could have almost any radio installed. He helped me select a radio that suited my needs and installed it while I waited. The installation went smoothly with no difficulty. The radio looks great in the dash and performs better than I had hoped.

I didn't end up purchasing anything, but Rick Morgan was extremely courteous and patient with me. He didn't try to give me a hard sell or anything like that. He seemed very understanding when I decided not to have any work done. If I did need any work done I would definitely go back.

I expected to purchase a new car radio for my 1996 Infinity, as this is what other service providers advised. Mr. Nevitt examined my radio and said he could install a new one; however, he suggested that I consider repairing the existing one. He explained that the existing one was high end and well worth repairing. Further, he could provide the repairs at a reasonable cost. I left the radio for repair at approximately 10 AM and he called at 2 PM to say it was ready. I am very pleased with his work and the radio sounds better now than it has for the 11 years that I have owned the car.

They did excellent work. I had difficulty tuning in one of my favorite radio stations, it had static. Seth did a thorough job troubleshooting the matter. I ended up needing a different unit in order to get reception and he switched it out without charging any extra. Overall, I am very pleased with the system and the service.

They were able to replace the electric retractable antenna on my Taurus for about half of what the Ford dealer was quoting. The work was done in about 3 hours. Very good experience. Worked with the owner.

I called from Angie's List. Was told on the phone what to expect and an estimate of cost. I made an appointment and followed through about 2 days later. The work was done and completed on schedule while I waited. The cost was actually a little less than the estimate because it took about 2 hours instead of 2-1/2 hours. After the installation I was instructed in how to use it with the hardwire connection. Very satisfactory experience.

Seth Halsted was friendly and helpful. He was very honest in explaining to me what you were or were not getting with higher priced radios. We set an appointment for the installation and the work was performed quickly and professionally.

Job 1: Replaced 2 car speakers on a '91 Chevy. Job 2: Even though they were busy. They took care of me. I was in and out in 75 mins.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME REPLACING A CAR STEREO AND I APPRECIATED THE KNOWLEDGEABLE, LOW-PRESSURE SALES STAFF. IN ABOUT 90 MINUTES, I SELECTED A NEW RADIO, HAD IT INSTALLED AND WAS SHOWN HOW TO USE IT, DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS ALMOST THE END OF THE DAY. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

SALES STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND POLITE. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. SEVERAL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE 1.5 HOUR VISIT THE AREA WHERE I WAS WAITING FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED WAS PUNCTUATED BY A HEAVY ODOR OF BURNING PLASTIC FROM THE SERVICE BAY OR BACK ROOM.

WE HAD THEM REPAIR A VIDEO SYSTEM, AND WHEN WE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS NO SOUND. WE BROUGHT IT BACK TO THEM, AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WE WANTED THE SOUND FIXED TOO, AND WOULD DO THAT FOR AN ADDITIONAL $500, BUT WITH NO GUARANTEES. WE FEEL ABSOLUTELY TAKEN BY THEM, AND WOULD NEVER CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN.

I HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY FIXED IT WITHIN 24 HOURS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE TO A SENIOR CITIZEN.

RICK AND JUSTIN PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN MONTHS AFTER THE SALE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING IT AND THE QUALITY OF THE HARDWARE IS REALLY IMPRESSIVE. THEY'VE ACTUALLY DONE TWO NAVIGATION SYSTEMS FOR THEM.

MEMBER WAS GIVEN ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND CHARGED ANOTHER. NEEDED ANOTHER PART FOR THE INSTALL. THEY CHARGED HIM $240 THEN ASKED FOR THEM TO ITEMIZE THE BILL AND IT CAME TO ONLY $220. THE COMPANY DOES GOOD WORK BUT IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
