Jim was right on time, quick, efficient and friendly. He cleaned up his mess. He tested the new set up and went above and beyond helping me hook the tv up after fishing the wires. The system works great.

Overall, it was a good time. The process was slow, but thorough and he was open to all my questions. We dropped satellite for the HDTVs and I expect to have a ROI in about 4 months. The only miss we both had was he and I forgot about needing digital converter boxes for the non-digital TVs. It is not a big issue right now though and ebay has many boxes you can get used. Jim has plenty of recommendations.

Jim is very knowledgeable of which antenna and which location will provide the best reception. He provided all materials (including the antenna). He does all installations himself and is very professional, organized and neat. He suggested an additional run of coax cable to connect my stereo receiver to the antenna which I am grateful for as the stereo reception is excellent. TV reception is great too. I would highly recommend him.

Became tired of spending lots of money on cable TV. Asked Jim to install antenna for TV reception. Whole process took about 4 hours. Jim was extremely professional, offering information and answering questions. He wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up when he was finished. TV reception is great! I highly recommend his services. This will pay for itself within a few months depending on how much you're spending on cable or satellite TV.

My regular electronics guru was on vacation when my TV went out, so I turned to Angie's List. Jim came out same day--at the end of a very long day for him-- and did a very good, complete assessment of the situation. He only charged me the visit fee, and was so conscientious and sorry this was not a fixable problem, as I needed a new TV. In addition, I was impressed Jim put on shoe covers before entering my home; I'm actually aware that this is important to those with pets--which may "mark" their territory after "alien" shoes inadvertently bring in other animals' scents.) Very good experience.

He spent a lot of extra time helping me program each individual tv to get the best reception. The picture on my tvs is better than with cable. It will be nice not to have to pay a cable bill each month. I get all the networks plus the sub channels, and I am very happy with the results.

He came and informed us we did not need a new antenna. Then he programmed our new TV to receive HD channels and left without giving us a bill!

We have been extremely pleased with the performance of the installation. Jim Daniel used meters to determine the number of antennas required and where to locate them. When we initially discussed the cost, he gave me a cost range because the number of antennas would be determined by the results of his testing. We needed more than one antenna to get strong signals for all stations. He also installed the necessary splitters to balance signals to the various locations and ran the cable. When I saw the results, I added a couple of additional locations. We were using rabbit ears prior to this installation. Wind and weather caused the signal to breakup frequently. I do not think this has happened once since the antennas were installed. They worked great all winter even with snow on the roof. We live on a lot with lots of tall trees and the system is still working great with full foliage. I feel we got great value for what we spent. Jim is very professional and want to make sure the installation ois on the highest quality.

I found Jim from Angies List, and since we discontinued pay tv, called him about installing an antenna to get service superor to our rabbit ears. He gave me an estimate of 300 - 400 over the phone, subject to any major changes once he got to see the installation. He came out on time, checked on the channels that were important to us, and installed an antenna array in our attic, tuned our antenna with sprectum analyzer, hooked it up to our TV, and Voila!!! a wonderful and strong signal. I am very pleased. We have more channels than ever, and he educated me a whole lot. I would recommend Jim Daniel to anybody.

The whole process took about two hours. I did not see much of the work, only the results. The television reception is much better than with converter boxes alone.

Very professional job. The antenna picks up all of the digital stations. Jim integrated the antenna into our house, which was previously set up for cable TV. Jim put in extra effort to configure my TV to work with the new signal. His effort was appreciated and I'd recommend Jim to anyone interested in an antenna.

Just like the other reviews said, Jim has to be one of the nicest guys around. He was prompt, almost religious about putting booties on his shoes any time he walked through the main part of my house and was incredibly knowledgeable about televisions and TV reception. He even gave me tips for working with my digital converter boxes. I had planned on only hooking my main TV up to the antenna and was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could connect the other two as well. I've gone from barely getting Channel 20 only on my main TV to getting excellent reception on all three TVs. He even made a second trip back to bring me switch plates to match the color of the ones already in my home. I just can't say enough nice things about him. What makes it all the more amazing is that he is pretty much the only person around who deals with outdoor antennas full time and he doesn't have to make the effort that he does.

He is ontime. I had a little trouble getting it set up to watch channel 8. I don't watch TV often, so I haven't gotten around to calling him back yet, but when I do I am sure he will be happy to help me over the phone.

Extremely courteous. He was going to do it when it was cold. I told him I'd leave my dogs in the cold but he said it was too cold for them and he'd come when it got a little warmer. I thought that was very nice of him. I was given a TV antenna from a neighbor and he was able to use parts from that for the overall installation that lowered the cost. With this, it should pay for itself in a year. Before I wasn't receiving channels 4 and 23 but now I am. This now allows the hi-def to be working much better. This antenna is a much lower cost alternative than cable or satellite tv and after the installation cost, it is free.

He arrived promptly and started work. He was careful and cleaned up after his work. He tested the antenna on all local channels to make sure the signal was optimal. He was informative and flexible in meeting my needs. I could not be more satisfied.

Jim is top notch. He came the next morning after I called. He was also very conscientious and careful not to track on our carpet. At first I wanted an antenna installed on our roof. He convinced me that in our location one in the attic would work very well and would be hidden from view and the weather elements. He was correct. We have great reception on all channels. Several days later I had a satellite HD package installed for just our living room. Something the satellite did left the attic antenna not working in one room. Jim came back out the next day and had it fixed in less than ten minutes. He refused to let me pay him anything for this extra visit. I highly recommend this service provider. You cannot find better.

Jim carefully and thoughtfully examined our current system and pre-tested his system before making his recommendation. We have a difficult location at which to adequately receive local HDTV signals and he was careful to fully discuss the advantages and disadvantages of installing his system. We have worked with two other installation companies and neither was as professional or as well equipped as Jim. He has the proper equipment to properly aim and install the equipment; this is quite rare among his competition. Jim also has specific performance and service guarantees that he fully explains, which gives a buyer confidence. Our system is working quite well so far and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We can finally enjoy our HD TV's without switching satellite services or going to cable! Thanks Jim!
