The owner, Jim, was on time, and completed the installation without any issues. Jim worked with me to get the cameras set up to my specifications, and the set up is perfect. I enjoyed speaking with him as he did his work, and I would not hesitate to use him in the future. I called Jim once before when cutting the cord with my satellite TV company. I was going to have him come out and assist me with set-up, but he told me over the phone how I could likely solve the issue on my own. He was correct, and I was able to get everything running on my own. He could have easily come to the house and charged me to fix the issue, and I would not have been any the wiser. Him helping me over the phone was the main reason I called him for the camera set up, and now I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing similar services.

Jim is a true professional. He was easy to reach on the phone and agreed to come on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule. He gave me advice on the size of television to use (I was replacing my tv). I think my job was rather straight forward and it took him three hours. The television works great and I get more channels than I did with my previous rabbit ears set-up. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I called Jim after reading his reviews here. He was very easy to talk to, asked what I wanted to do and then gave me a general price range, it was something like $300-$500, depending on the difficulty, etc. We set up an appointment and he showed up very promptly. Examined the job and decided it would be an easy install, so he went right to work. In about an hour or a little more, he came down to the basement (mancave, so to speak,) hooked up the cable to the TV, and I was in business!!! Picked up somewhere between 30-40 channels, I haven't counted yet. My ultimate goal was to attach a device from DirecTV (AM-21 OTA Tuner) which would allow me to schedule and record these OTA channels. He was familiar with the device, gave me a few pointers and said it would be a smooth install for me to use, which it was!!! He left, leaving absolutely no mess behind. Other than the additional channels on the TV, there is absolutely no sign that he was even here! I never saw the antenna, probably never will. Don't care to. It works, that's all that matters! Jim is a one-man operation who knows what he is doing!!!! He also guarantees his work and the product for a year. My cost was at the bottom end of the estimate, which pleased me even more. I was most happy with this entire transaction, and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Jim was prompt, pleasant, and professional. He had to try multiple antennae units to find the perfect combination. The reception works great, and no more expensive cable bills!

My rotor had quit functioning, and he replaced it but that did not correct the issue. He did some troubleshooting, and determined my 10 year old rotor was not the problem. Replaced two sections of cable and solved the issue. He offered to put my old rotor back so I wouldn't be paying so much, but since it was over 10 years old, I opted to keep the new one and put the old one back as a reserve. He was very gracious about it and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Can't speak highly enough of Jim Daniel. I'd been thinking of getting a part-time place in Indy and had actually called him twice in the two previous years to ask about reception where I was contemplating. He was very helpful, so when I finally got a place, I called for him to do the installation. He set up 4 connections for me. One was in a den that didn't have one visible, but yet he found something in the attic to indicate there was a wire for it when the house was built. He was able to use one of his tools to locate it on a wall within the room, cut a hote, pulled it through, connected and put a plate on it and you would never know. He also disconnected an outlet in the living room for me (there were two) and ran a new one into the kitchen. On top of that, he connected and set up my tv's. Jim is very thorough and thoughtful, communicates well because he wants to please the customer, and he cleans up any messes made. I would highly recommend anyone considering cutting cable to use Attic Antenna. The reception is great.

Professional & Knowledgeable, Polite, Punctual, Fair Price, Friendly, and he took the time to reprogram the other tv and remote for me. Jim took the inquiry call, scheduled the service, and did all of the work himself. We would recommend his work in a heartbeat!

One man operation. Great deal from start to finish. Responded to our inquiry promptly. Had competitive rates. He was thorough and did an excellent job. He really went the extra mile for what turned into a much more difficult job than either of us anticipated. He cleaned up after himself and was genuinely patient with our 2 and 4 year olds who asked him many, many questions throughout the job. I would recommend him to anyone looking to install an open air antenna in their home.

Showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. After I showed him the wires I had in the basement going to the TV and the existing mast I planned to use; he was able to guesstimate how long it might take. He got the job done quicker than anticipated, explained very thoroughly how he used the wires in my house and what accessories he provided to get the job done. Job was completed and we are now able to watch our over-the-air TV channels.

Showed up on time. Didn't make any promises, but was very thorough. Tested all connections throughout the house. Gave me recommendations for TV's, boxes, etc. and gave me great TV reception! Took 2-3 hours and was very accommodating. Nice guy.

Jim arrived at my home, exactly on time. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. He asked me questions to make sure he understood what I wanted to be done and I expected. He explained all of the options available. He gave me an estimate of the cost withing a range. When all was done (less than 3 hours later) my bill was at the low range of the estimate and I had excellent reception on almost 2 dozen channels. Jim arrived right on time and walked through the house and carefully went over all details to be sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He went right to work and installed the new antenna in the attic, reprogrammed all televisions to be sure all channels worked properly. He vacuumed dust from cut outs. Jim is a very personable and professional installer. I learned he has been working with antennas for 40+ years and he obviously knows his stuff. I now have over 40 channels including HD and no more COMCAST! He also notified me that he discovered a broken bathroom vent pipe in the attic that had been leaking moisture. He was so easy going that he let me use his ladder while he worked on another tv so I could repair the pipe.

Jim showed up on time and worked diligently for more than 3 hours. I think he worked longer because he was trying to get a good signal from Anderson. In any event, I don't believe he charged extra since the bill was right in the ball park that he quoted over the phone. Very Pleased!!!!!! Thanks!

We have used Jim twice. He is a professional, a skilled technician, and, most importantly, a gentleman. He was able to perform tasks in a timely manner that we thought might be impossible. Punctual and honest. The antenna pulls in many more digital air channels than we expected (no cable or satellite bills). A were so happy with his work, we called him back to install new and used electronics and to retrofit an old stereo stack system to be compatible with the new system.

Jim was perfect in his diagnostics and solution - great technical skills and wonderful to work with. We will definitely call him with any future television needs.

We called Jim at Attic Antenna to have our TV antenna lowered 5 feet. We sent him a picture of the problem also. He set a time and date and was on time, even calling us prior to getting here. He examined the job, and proceeded to safely lower our antenna. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend him if you are ditching the dish and going free TV. No one better!

Jim was great! Provided a reasonable quote and explained exactly what he was going to do. He showed up on time and efficiently installed antenna in attic, tested the signal strength and ensured all home outlets worked correctly. The installer arrived on time for the appointment. After looking in the basement he checked the attic and located a pipe that ran from attic to basement, that i could not find when i looked) to run the cable through. The pipe was installed FOR this use. He ran the cable, put the ends on them along with a wall plate. Tested the TV and all was working. jim was professional and friendly. I would use him again and recommend him to my family and friends.

The installation required a moderate amount of new cabling as well as testing for signal strength and best location of the antenna. Jim arrived at the time we arranged and went right to work. He quickly assessed the situation and informed me of what he needed to do to insure I was aware of his intentions and agreed with the plan. he was very professional in his appearance and work habits (i.e. he wore disposable booties whenever he was in the house). Jim cleaned up the little bit of debris created by the work and left the area at least as good as he found it. His bill was clear and concise and at the low end of his initial estimate range for the work. I would recommend Attic Antenna and Jim Daniel to my family and friends and will contact him for any similar future service.
