Immediately responded to my Home Advisor request. It was after 4 PM and was able to schedule an appointment for 8:30 next day. Meanwhile Attaboy spoke with my husband and explained how to turn off the water intake to stop the leak. Discussed replacement price that night in case the water heater couldn't be repaired. It was at least 12 years old. Needed the replacement. The service man arrived on time and efficiently switch out our basement water heater with a new unit and new piping - Nice service man, we knew who to expect. Excellent service, told us they were in route in the morning. Attaboy will be my first choice as needed in the future.

They arrived for a repair or replacement and had the replacement water heater already on the truck. They said that based on the symptoms I communicated as well as the age of the existing unit they figured there would need to be a replacement.

Very professional. I had a telephone consult to guarantee pricing and product. A photo was provided of service tech in advance of his arrival. I noticed the problem at 11:00 am on a Friday and by 4:30 pm I had a new system and the job was completely cleaned up and finished.

I think no one likes to hire a plumber since they are all so high. They gave me a better price that I could get with a majority of the plumbers. The project ended up being fixing a main water pipe.

Cost of water heaters has sure gone up over the years, but then my last one lasted 30 years. Gets the water good and hot.
