Owner cancelled appt

They came out and started after two and a half hours late. I almost told them not to worry about it. They pulled all the weeds, and then laid some mulch. They ran out and told me they would come back tomorrow. Never showed back up and wont return calls.

Contractors Chris and Paul (from Low Cost Landscaping) came and gave us the hard sell on work. We were trying to put ouse on market in timely manner. The work they did was totally sub-par and we had to pay other profesionals to come in and do it again. Instaed of lots of regular mulch in large portion of backyard(firepit area, swing area) and top quality black dye in from and back beds, they put large wod chip in that was still green...big peices of wood! Regular cheap mulch in bed. They did not do any wood rot replacing, just painted over it, despite detailed contract and dicusiion over what would be replaced. They damaged our front porch post so that they no longer fit into their conrete bases and we had to get professional ut to evaluate whether our porch was in danger of falling down and what we would need o do about it. The failed to paint, power wash and do clean up a expected and was detailed in contract. We paid them when hey wrote out a second contract and promised to return to do the work the following monday becuase they had children and were needing to get paid (this was before we saw how bad the work was...).They never came came back or answered our calls until I threatened litigation and then Paul texted back and was exremely threatening and belligerant and called me a liar when it wa apparent the work wasn't done. We are a professional couple and have never experienced anything like this before. We were thoroughly ripped off by these 2 companies in combination. They deserve to be sued and until they are will keep doing the same thing to others. We had to pay thousands more dollars to fix ome of their work and had to stop when we ran out of money. BEWARE OF ATR REMODELLING AND LOW COST LANDSCAPING.

They didn't follow up on the job. They didn't finish it and I later found out they stole a bunch of tools from me. I'm disabled and they took advantage of me. I finally had to take it to the attorney general, and they lied to me and my case worker.

The total cost of the job was supposed to be $32,000 and we sent him $8,000 up front for materials. He came to the home and demolished some of the walls in the home and left. The house is actually in worse shape than it was before and the copper piping and plumbing is all gone. He ran off with the money and will not answer any phone calls.
