 + -1 moreWE PROVIDED MOST OF THE MATERIALS (ENCLOSURE, TUB, FIXTURES AND GREEN BOARD). BOB KEPT IN GOOD CONTACT. IF HE WAS RUNNING LATE, HE CALLED TO LET US KNOW. HE IS FRIENDLY AND WILL WORK WITH YOU TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. HE WOULD HAVE ALSO HAULED AWAY THE OLD TUB. HOWEVER, IT WAS REMOVED FROM THE CURBSIDE BEFORE HE RETURNED TO PICK IT UP. HIS BROTHER ALSO HELPED OUT FOR SOME ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT. WE WILL BE USING BOB'S SERVICES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER HOME PROJECTS.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD CAST-IRON TUB, DRYWALL AND CERAMIC TILE ENCLOSURE, INSTALLED NEW FIBERGLASS TUB, TUB SURROUND, FIXTURES, GREEN BOARD & DRYWALL, CONNECTED WATER LINES AND DRAIN, INSTALLED NEW TRIM AROUND THE TUB, TWO GRAB BARS, AND ALSO HAULED AWAY OLD TILE AND DRYWALL.

Description of Work: AS A RESULT OF THE HEAVY RAINFALL ON LABOR DAY, I HAD ABOUT 8-10 INCHES OF RAINWATER IN MY BASEMENT AND NO ELECTRICITY. BOB OSBORNE SEARCHED ALL OVER INDY UNTIL HE FOUND A PUMP. THEN HE WORKED 4-5 HOURS IN MY HOUSE, REMOVED THE WATER, CHECKED ALL MY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, AND RESTORED THE ELECTRICITY.
