Description of Work: They provided 3.5 hours of cleaning. They did a thorough clean, were pleasant and professional. They demonstrated respect and care through process. They did not get to all the rooms that other cleaners have, in part because they worked a little slower (not stopping just not frantic) and because they didn't cut corners.

The ladies were punctual, professional, and accommodating. Had a list that we went over. The lead gal was upfront at the start as to what was reasonable for the amount of time and size of home. I would consider hiring them again for my home cleaning needs.

I will turn to no one else to come clean my house. I have used Vanessa and her team for the last 2 houses we have lived in and am so happy to have found her! Her work is impeccable, she and her team are very trustworthy, efficient, and for a fair price. My home is in tip-top shape after they leave. She currently cleans my house approximately 2 times a month. She brings all her own supplies too! I am very happy with her service!!

Vanessa and her team were Excellent!! They arrived on time, got right to work. They cleaned my kitchen and my 2 1/2 baths home. WOW !!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! Vanessa knows her business. She and her coworker arrived promptly as scheduled. We did a walk through. I immediately felt she was trustworthy and felt I could leave my home for them to do the job. Our home was in real need of a deep cleaning. I did not expect to see what I did when I arrived home. The place was spotless! The windows were sparkling clean. Everything smelled like a clean home should! We will definitely use this service again. Thank you Vanessa for taking such pride in your work. I am extremely happy with Vanessa's work. I have had a number of housecleaners in the past an usually end up letting them go after a few visits because I am unhappy with their work. Vanessa works hard from the moment she enters our home and does a great job. She is very detailed and welcomes all and any feedback to ensure her clients are happy. I consider our house to be a high maitenance job for cleaning and she gets it done in 1 1/2-3 hours depending on how many helpers she has with her (usually 2 to 4 including herself). She is dependable, respectful, pleasant and hardworking. I would highly recommend her.

She's just great!
Description of Work: Vanessa and one to three of her employees work together to clean our home on a weekly basis. They clean four bathrooms, our kitchen, five bedrooms, and our main living areas (dining room, living room etc.) Vanessa is very professional, but more importantly, she cares! She often asks if I have any concerns and I really appreciate her desire to do a great job in my eyes. I've referred Vanessa to friends and neighbors. Vanessa has began cleaning for us about 4 years ago, but then we moved away. The various cleaners I used in our new location hardly measured up to Vanessa in either quality or price. We are glad to be back in town now and to have Vanessa in our home once again!
