ASAP Roofing

It took more than 3 months to get my insurance company to approve the coverage of whole roof replacement. ASAP roofing was very persistent to work with the insurance company. I asked for their proof of workers comp insurance coverage, they gave me their subcontractor's insurance paper work after the roof was replaced. Roof was replaced very quickly, but there was water leak over the garage. I called several timed and waited for couple week. So far, the roof is fixed but celling is wet and damaged, I am still waiting.... I would not recommend this company.

This company was canvassing the neighborhood and I selected them to replace my roof. They sold themselves to me by saying they would manage the entire process, including dealing with my insurance company, from end to end. Gave the illusion of being very responsive. This was far from the case. The provider said they needed to be on-site when my insurance company came out to inspect the roof, the provider was late and I was left to deal with the insurance company myself. We had difficulty scheduling the replacement. I had to exchange many calls with the company's main office in Colorado to coordinate the replacement. Even had them scheduled for replacement one day, and no one showed up. Finally got the roof on after a few attempts at installation. The quality of the roof is good, the shingles are from a well respected company, but I had some minor damages to my house that I wanted the company to address. I called multiple times to get the company out to fix the issues. I did not have direct access to any one individual and always had to call the company's main office in Colorado. It was the same thing every time, they said someone would call me back shortly and I never received a call back. Finally had to demand to speak with the owner before I got resolution on the issues. The gutter installation went without a hitch. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The are difficult to communicate with, they are non-responsive, they appear not to care about customer service, and are completely disorganized.
