Arwood Waste of Indianapolis

I definitely will not use them again. It was before the July 4 holiday and it was supposed to be picked up on the 9th, but they did not pick it up for two weeks. They called almost every day and kept promising they would come tomorrow to pick it up. They finally picked it up after two weeks but they sent me another invoice. I paid it promptly but they had kept billing me during the two weeks I waited. I called them about it and they said I did not have a balance with them. They brought the container on time but after that everything was absolutely a disaster. The price was expensive. We had to load everything in the container ourselves, but a competitive company has several people who take things away for us. I can pay my bill online so I don't know why they kept billing me during the two weeks they left it here.
