I needed to have my main sewer drain replaced and decided on ARS based on their assurances. Their explanation of the impact on my yard did not match what actually happened. My entire yard was destroyed and they broke the water main coming into the house, which was a significant inconvenience until they fixed it. Part of the agreement was ARS was going to fully rehabilitate my front yard (new grass and concrete private walkway). It is going on 5 months with no contact from ARS and I have left messages for over a week with no return call. Horrible customer service. Save yourself some aggravation and inconvenience and bypass this company.
