Armor Air

Excellent and knowledgeable service with low cost. Preferred because it is a smaller business i.e. not a lot of overhead like big companies, such as Williams Comfort Air. With that said, the company provides good old American boys to do so the service, so they understand english.

Very fast response, however in my opinion very pricey which is my fault, I should have gotten additional estimates before proceeding.

Team did a great job.

I believe I was told everything they were going to do to fix my problem but it is just as bad if not worse. They told me they would try what they thought would be a fix but the job might take going into am inside wall. They would apply what I spent on the larger job but I have lost faith that they could do the larger job. They did not follow up to see if their repair job worked

The service tech was very professional, gave us a quote before we started and was courteous, professional, and did a good job. We were very appreciative of his work. We would definitely use Armor Air again if we needed to. I highly recommend them.

Way too expensive, but had to get the toilet repaired ( replaced the inners for $311 ! )

They were really expensive and I had to go to Lowes to pick up a part then he told me the wrong part so I had to go back. Lowes would have charged me 109 and they charged me 300.

Beware of this company. They sent some out to fix me fan motor. He put a new one and then it stops working again. They sent another tech out to fix it and he said my compressor was bad and that I needed a whole new A/C unit. I got a second option through another company and they found the problem. Called Armour Air back to get a refund for the fan motor they put on because it was not working still. Their Manager sent the same tech back out and he installed another motor and then the whole unit began to start working properly. Be careful with working with these companies everyone. They might try to sell you something that you do not need for company gain and revenue.

Armor Air is all about good customer service. They responded almost instantly to my Home Advisor inquiry, communicated regularly throughout the process via email/text, and were very professional. Cody did a great job, asked enough questions to be prepared, and got the job done quickly. Would hire them again.

The company was prompt and efficient. The water heater that they had quoted us they found out was out of stock and since our current water heater was not functioning they wanted to get us up and going as soon as possible so they arrive as schedule but with a upgraded water heater at no additional charge. They also did some customer re installation of to a more convenient location in the mechanical room in our basement giving us better access to the water heater and the water softener.

They matched and beat the price of my other estimates. And they came out the same day and installed the new heat pump. Fast and efficient service.

I'm very satisfied with the work and work ethic of this company. They listened to my concerns and tried their best to provide a quality solution. The price was reasonable (35% cheaper than Peterman, and Armor Air included more features!) I'll definitely call Armor Air again.

Professional , polite and friendly. He showed us how to change the filters, tested the water quality and made recommendation for future improvements
