The plumber was very knowledgeable, respectful, and shared a lot of plumbing tips to help in the long term! What impressed me the most was he checked with me during the various stages of the repair to make sure I was satisfied before he continued.

Installation of a water heater: We have asked for a detailed itemized report of what work was completed along with parts and cost for each item. the company has never given us a receipt for work completed. This leads us to believe they are trying to hide actual costs and expenses which in turn makes us feel like we paid way too much for services rendered. What in the world are they hiding? Why no detailed receipt?

Nick showed up to give me a quote on some lengthy repairs that I needed done, before I could close on my house. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Prices were mostly on point with other quotes I had received. Prices were higher on some things but overall, lower in other areas. They showed up a few days after the yard was marked for utilities and promptly started in on the work. They turned a 2 day job into a one day job and the work surpassed my expectations.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Armor Air. The technician arrived at the promised time. He wore a mask and shoe covers and was extremely polite and efficient. Bradley fixed my issue and was out of the door within about fifteen minutes and to my surprise, my bill was commensurate with the work performed and the time spent on the job. I would not think of calling a different company for my electrical needs.

The service was excellent! The plumber showed up to my door within 3 hours of my service request and repaired the broken valve under my kitchen sink within 10 minutes. The pro was transparent about the price of the job and was an absolute professional from beginning to end. I’ll definitely consider Armor Air for jobs in the future.

I had a old fiberglass shower stall removed and replaced with new Delta unit the same size! My plumbers were courteous and professional. I paid exactly what I was quoted and the work was immaculate! The new shower makes the bathroom “pop” and adds a whole new dynamic! All the work was done in 1 day and they left my bathroom spotless!!!! COULDN’T BR HAPPIER!!!

I was mostly happy with them. The people were nice and friendly and professional. They were able to come out the same day that I called when other companies said they could not come for weeks or months. The only negative thing about my experience was that they did not clean the outside dryer vent. And they left a pile of dust in the floor of my bedroom underneath that vent. We ended up cleaning the outside dryer vent ourselves with a shop vac. I asked for a refund but still have not received it.
