Huge time lapse between estimate and submission of proposal; email hadn't been sent, no follow up from Dennis. All items were repaired satisfactorily, although the job was interrupted for days at a time more than once. Crew was pleasant and respectful of property, but job foreman did not seem to have proper repair skills. Things went better when the person doing the repairing was in his own specialty. Straightening the exterior electric meter box was more involved than originally thought, so Dennis called in a separate electrical company to handle it, causing the price to go up a bit. Problems with the bathroom faucets and ceiling fan installation also added to length of time, though not to cost.

The only thing he did right was fixing a fan in the attic. He put electrical tape over the pipe instead of replacing it, put new wood over the rotten wood, and didn't complete other projects. I would be careful with him! He said he completed the work, and he did not. Unfortunately, I paid before I looked to see how the jobs were performed. I assumed that since I told him the inspector was coming back, that he could do the work correctly. I should not have paid him before the inspector came.

The boss never came out when the workers were here, and he never inspected their work. There was no supervision! The workers that installed the kitchen floor were inadequately trained because they damaged the floor and then claimed to be done after only an hour and a half. The work was not done in a timely fashion, after three months the work was still not completed. I subsequently had to hire another company to finish the job.
