 + -1 moreArcher has been cleaning my home for close to a year now. They are a new service and so are still working out some quirks, but are getting into the professional swing of things as time goes on. I can see this being an A+ service within the year, just need to work on the details a bit more.
Description of Work: Archer cleans my home weekly, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, cleaning the appliances in the kitchen and baths.

 + -1 moreMitsy came to our home and presented her program to my wife and I in a very professional manner. She went on a tour of our home and then provided us with a proposal that we believed to be fair and reasonable. She explained how they treat their customers and that their goal is to make us pleased every visit with their service. Mitsy assured us that every time they come to our home, there would be one of their people on site to insure that the job is done professionally. On 1/23/2013 they showed up at the home and did a wonderful and complete job of completing a "deep cleaning" for us. They had 3 members on their team including Misty, who is the owner and cosomer contact. The 3 of them worked independently with an absolute minimal amount of interference to our normal activity. They supplied all of their own cleaning products and rags. An example of their efforts to do a good job, they provided a cleaning product which they used to internally clean our dishwasher (this was unexpected and impressive). We are are pleased with the 1st service that they provided and would certainly highly recommend their servce to anyone. In addition, Misty furnished us her companies in force "certificate of insurance". We are very pleased at this point with Archer Cleaning and have already scheduled appointments for their continued service on a regular basis. Thank you for this opportunity to provide this recommendation on Archer Cleaning Servces.

 + 2 moreI have had Archer Cleaning clean my home every 2 weeks since June 2012 as I started back to school as well as working 30 hours a week. The first visit the owner went from room to room with me and discussed what and how they would clean. She wrote everything down and we signed a contract. I liked this as it was clear what would be and not be done. She wanted my imput and has been open to any and all feed back since the first. I prefer to use non-toxic cleaning solutions and she has been very responsive. She has my cleaning supplies that are used for my home in a separate container and refill them as needed and it is all included in the price. I have a home that is just over 2000 sq. ft. and has a 2nd story bonus room and 1/2 bath. We also have 2 cats. They have been very thorough in each area and especially good with getting all the cat hair up. I have been very pleased with the work being done and would highly recommend them! I trust them to do the work and to be in my home.
Description of Work: I have had Archer Cleaning every 2 weeks since July to clean my home. They vacuum and dust all my rooms and clean 2 1/2 bathrooms. They steam clean the vinyl floors in the kitchen and baths and laminate floor in my front entry. We have 2 cats and they are very good and thorough about getting all the cat hair off the furniture. They even dust the pictures and knick knacks!

 + -1 moreIt was never completed and I am waiting for my complete refund as they indicated.....so far....Lies only.....Again, if this is resolved, I will modify my comments...at least the refund of my money.
Description of Work: Archer interviewed me on the Thursday (at my HOME) 9/13/2012 and knowing that my cleaning was a "challenge" and they indicated that they would agree. They ALSO said they would sit my dogs for the weekend while cleaning my home 9/14-9/16. On Saturday (9/15) they started to clean my home and they indicated that they could NOT clean my home indicaing there were many chemicals. FYI....I have a BOAT (checmicals for that), HOT TUB (chemicals for that) and DOGS (cleaners etc for my dogs!!!) and regular cleansers etc. Again, realize they intiervewed at my home 2 days before!!! To my disgrace they called the police indicated that I had parphanalia (sp?). Please realize I do have a disability (mild ahpasia). One of the reasons I had a supplement (labelled) that I purchased on Amazon. At the same time since the flavor was terrible so I did purchase shelled capsules on Amazon to use. Well they must have misinterpreted. However, when I say the issue I called them what the item was......a SUPPLEMENT that you could purchase on GNC!......They also indicated there were dog issues.....WELL, when you are suppose to watch my dogs and they do not do that....What do you expect!.....For now, Archer decided to not complete the job....no problem but please rip up my check of 450 and that would be fine. NOW, I see that they have casehed the check. I will modify this comment WHEN Archer truly does give my money back!!!....Which they indicated they would refund my money.....I will let you know...... For NOW, stay away from Archer cleaning!!!
