Description of Work: We had our lawn aerated and overseeded. The only thing that might have made our experience better was if they had told us how to prepare our lawn to make it more effective since we'd never had this type of work done before.

Description of Work: $160 for 1/2 acre aeration and overseeding. Very thorough coverage of yard and equipment seemed in very good shape. The plugs were consistent and good-sized. We expect to see a very strong yard in the spring. Good job.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to aerate and over-seed my yard. Michael and Richie were quick to contact me to keep me informed of when they when be at my house. They did a great job, I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Lawn aeration They were told in an e-mail that I had an invisible dog fence since that was one of the things they need to know. I put out flags that said invisible fence and they did not stay on the inside of the fence in numerous areas and now my fence is broken and not working. So I gave them D's for the fact they couldn't follow instructions and I think they should reimburse me for having to get my fence fixed

Description of Work: My yard was aerated and cross-seeded. The company was extremely prompt in responding and replying to questions/concerns. The aeration services was exceptional; my only concern is that the cross-seeding was a little harder to identify.

Description of Work: The first thing they did was tell me that my lot was bigger than allowed and wanted me to cough up another $60, until I complained that I have been paying taxes on 1/5 acre lot for 22 yrs so it shouldn't be over a 1/4 a lot. He did it for the agreed price. As far as the overseeding I never saw it done and emailed them and was told they put 3 lbs on the lot. A 3# bag of seed on a 1/5 acre lot is like 3 seeds per sq foot... not sure much of it will actually take. My lawn guy said they wouldv'e used about 20# for a fall overseeding to have any major affect a lot my size.

Description of Work: Lawn aeration and over seeding. Overall I am happy with the aeration just a little disappointed in the seed. I was expecting all bluegrass seed instead they used a mix seed. I find this a bit mis-leading as when I purchased the big deal it said nothing about using a grass seed mix. I was also expecting a professional truck and owned equipment not rental equipment with just a magnetic sign on the truck.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work done by Arbuckle. It cost less than it would have cost us to rent the equipment and aerate the lawn ourselves. I don't think we could have managed the aerator as well as he did, either. Good job! He followed up with watering instructions, which I appreciated.
