Description of Work: The two boys came and went through my yard, One blew the leaves from my house and the other one mulched. They did a good job except they blew the leaves off my driveway back into the yard after the mulch-er was put away. I guess it is alright, It is done and I am glad. I have never had anyone do my leaves before, I have always done them myself. Thank you

Description of Work: I only gave an overall grade of a B because of the time that lapsed between purchasing the deal and actually having a contact(which I hd to initiate)with the company. The deal stated that we would be contacted in a certain amount of time. That never happened. I think that the deal was SO GOOD and the response so great that they couldn't keep up. If you say that you are going to call within 48 hours than at least make the contact and explain the situaiton. Don't just wait and leave the customer hanging . I was dissapointed because we had some other questions and possibly additional work needing done but they came and went and never talked with us about the service they provided. Again I think that this was a service that they received a response to that they were not prepared for.
