They worked within my schedule and did a great job.

We got contacted right away and were instructed to mark the sprinkler heads, so they wouldn't get damaged. I e-mail responded that I am out of town, but will mark the heads when I am back in town and will let them know when this is done. 2 weeks later I had the heads marked, and e-mailed Michael Arbuckle that the heads are marked, but got no response. 2 follow-up e-mails also weren't answered. I called him, and he arranged to come out and get the work done, but then he couldn't find our address in his file, so I had to text him our address. It shouldn't take me multiple e-mails, texts and calls for a simple aeration and overseed.

The technician came over on time, did the job aerating. We also made request to change the seed to Kentucky Blue for extra $20 next day. We were not at home, can't verify the seeding.

Arbuckle seems to be your typical lets just get it done so we can get our money. I took the time to call Michael Arbuckle and let him know I would be out of town for a couple of weeks and would like to be scheduled the first week in Oct. Two days later I received an e-mail stating I was scheduled for 28 Sept. I then responded by e-mail to let Michael know per my previous phone call I was out of town and the date he gave me would not work because I had a sprinkler system which needed to have the heads marked. After no response to my e-mail for several days I again e-mailed Michael and to verify he was aware I was out of town and I received a return e-mail stating "Yes! I know and I will contact you to reschedule". Well guess who shows up about 1:00 on 28 Sept, Yes! Arbuckle Nursery. Luckily I had taken the time to mark my sprinkler system with yard paint before I left town so I could flag when I returned. I had only arrived back in town and finished unpacking the car when they arrived. I had also mentioned in my e-mail that I was interested in discussing some other landscape work I may like to have completed on a future date. So much for discussions as the Tech (I do not know if that was Michael or not) did the Aeration loaded up and took off without a word. Communications does seem to be a problem!!!

The provider was prompt and courteous, even giving me some good advice about how to get my lawn in good shape. He was not sure he would be able to aerate the backyard due to the slope and said he would try. He did an excellent job and was able to get the majority of it completed! Thanks so much for the professional service and extra care.

Went great. Came out when they said they would and completed the service in which I purchased through Angie's List. Took awhile to get a response of when they'd actually be out, but I was okay with it.

They called in advance, showed up on the date promised and did the work. I have used them in the past will use them in the future.

They did exactly what I wanted to have done! I believe this is a family owned business. They called me about a week or so before the appointment to confirm. They showed up right on time. He was very polite and nice and did wonderful work! I will absolutely be using them again next year!

Very good. They cut our grass each week while we were out of town and it looked good when we returned. Very dependable, very courteous. Highly recommend them.

I called the company prior to purchasing a big deal. They explained to me there might be a small extra cost of about 20 dollars. When I called them back to schedule, they explained that it would be an extra 80 dollars. That's not what they told me originally, and since the discounted price was the reason I decided to use them, I decided to cancel the deal.

They contacted me quickly after I asked for an estimate and within a week and a half, I had an estimate in hand. When I gave them the OK to do the work, they said that it would be about 2 weeks before they could be here. I said that would be fine and then I was notified that they would be out the first week of April. Theydid a great job and all the flower beds look great and are ready for me to add some flowers when the weather is better. I will definitely consider them again the next time I need some yard work to be done.

Great interaction and good job on the aeration. Since the overseeding was performed late in the season, the provider stated if no new grass has sprouted in the spring that they will perform the overseeding again.

Easy to schedule and communicate. Showed up when promised and performed the job. Cleaned up afterward.
