They came while I was at work but they did not need my direction. Great job.

Rushed job. Did not clean flower bed properly before putting down mulch. Was in way too much of hurry to get things done and out of there. Had to purchase more mulch to complete job.

I was pleased with the service. They mulched, weeded and edged around my flower beds. Saved me a ton of time and very pleased with the results.

What I like most about them is they understand the needs of people. They told me in the beginning that they would just do the yard work on an as needed basis. They were not just in it for the money. They did a good job. They were cost efficient.

There was a delay completing the job due to weather and other circumstances but they proactively provide updates on the situation. They did a very neat job installing the mulch even re-edged the beds. I was very happy with the work they performed.

Contacted them because of a Big Deal. We were pleased with the work and contracted with then to return and finish the yard.

After I signed up for the big deal, they sent me an email right away to let me know when they would be out. They were delayed because of the weather so they sent me an email letting me know when they would have to reschedule. They came out on the rescheduled day and did an outstanding job. I could not be happier with the work. I will use them again.

Bought the Angies List special and was contacted promptly by the owner via email. I was asked if I wanted more than the 150 sq feet and I let them know that I did. Originally, they were scheduled to come, I think, on May 30 or 31. But they didn't show on either date. So, I emailed them and they said that they have been a little behind and that they will come couple days later. They arrived promptly at the given time and put the mulch quickly. they superficially took out the weeds (not by the roots).The next day, I got the invoice for the extra mulch by email.I am pleased with the service.

The process, overall, went as expected, no complaints or issues.

On time, professional and charged as quoted. This is a great company to do business with and I will be hiring them again next year.

They were scheduled to be at our home on 5.25.12. At some point in the evening, I looked out the window and the mulch was installed. Excellent depth and they knew instinctively where we needed the mulch. They were in and out without our dogs even being aware they were there. Will definitely use them again for projects.

I purchased the mulch special and Ritchie contacted me the next evening. He gave me an approx. date they could do the work. He called and gave me the date he could do the work and then called yesterday evening and gave me the time he would be here. They were right on time. I showed him the beds I wanted done front and side and they went right to work. When they finished this he advised me that they still had mulch left over & where did I want it. They ended up doing all of the back yard as well & we discussed some future tree trimming. Ritchie is very nice to deal with and the work was performed quickly, but looks beautiful. Better than it ever has. Everything ran smoothly. I will definitely call him for any future landscaping work. Dealing with Ritchie was a delight. So glad for Angies List.

I got them from Angie's List but don't know anything else about them. They were very nice, friendly and worked hard shoveling the mulch out of the truck into my designated spot. Their quality looks good but I have not used them mulch yet. They called me before they came and I will use them again in the future.

They do a very nice job of taking care of the yard. They are always on time and call before they arrive.

They were very friendly and gavve me a couple of ideas, however, they never responded with an estimate. I am still waiting. I did have the work done with another company.

We had been looking for a company to take care our yard. we changed many companies (several of them from Angie List). Nobody met our expectation until we met Michael & Richie Arbuckle.They are young and very enthusiastic. We told them what we wanted, they made for us exactly as we were looking for; Trim the Tree, remove some small tree, mow lawn, remove piles, plant 10 hedges around the house. unlike previous landscapers, we got to called & called to mow the grass for us. Michael & Richie very punctual and their work was excellent. We are so happy that we finally found a good quality one and reasonable price for us. Alot of companies we ever used (from Angie List) always asked us to write a good review for them, some time they nagged us if we didn't write for them but Michael & Richie never bother us. We so happy, we want to tell eveybody about them that why we wrote this.

Richie and Michael did our mulch, edging, tree trimming and planting in our flower beds last year and we were so pleased with their work that we asked them to come and give us another estimate this year. We hired them them complete everything they did the year before and but added weeding. Their price is fair, they are some of the hardest workers I know and their work is of the highest quality. I am so pleased with the job they do each time I will continue to use their services and refer them to my friends and family and Angie's List Peers!!

Richie was professional and prompt and gave me good advise and a good price. This was the second time that I have used the services of Arbuckle and I will definitely call them to bid future projects.
