It went great. Received an email within a couple days of purchase indicating when they would be out to our area to over seed. They showed up on the day speicified in the email. Very Happy with what I got for the money. Would use them again.

The lawn aeration was done to the whole yard as advertised. However I could not find much grass overseeing. I purchased grass seed and performed the overseeing the next day.

The service was great. They showed up on time, did great work, and honored the coupon.

They sent us a reminder and let us know when they would be in our area and the sidewalks and driveway were very neatly cleaned up after the coring /overseeding.

It was great. What more can I say.

Mulch looks great on the garden beds and laid pretty thick. Initially it was put down in a few places I had not specified but this was quickly addressed to my satisfaction. I was able to purchase extra at the same rate as the posted Angie's list offer at the time.

Many areas missed with aeration machine and very skimpy on seed and also missed many areas.

They came out and did the aeration with NO EVIDENCE of reseeding whatsoever. Would not use them again. Did not deliver what they advertised.

They emailed us approximate days they would be out. Then they called us to set up a time to come out. They were already working on the lawn when we came home that day and there was nothing we really had to do. They came out did a great job and left...

Through an email mix-up, Arbuckle didn't get in touch with me immediately; but after I contacted them, they were prompt in getting back with me and setting up a date to come to my house. The day they were to come, another customer asked that they stay and do more work for her, so they were unable to make it to my home. They were very good about notifying me of the situation and apologetic for not making it that day. They promised to come in two days but came the next day instead, which I was pleased about. The worker who came to my house got right to work and did a very thorough job. Then Arbuckle followed up with another email, explaining to me the best way to care for my lawn to ensure good results.

Was notified by Angie's list that I would hear from vendor within... 48 hours I think? I did not. No big deal... so I called them. A nice gentleman answered the phone, but nicely told me that he was waiting until the "Big Deal" was over so he could then schedule these according to location. Made sense... but that was not the expectation that was set and I also got little to no say when they would be doing the job. From there communication was via email only, and not personal at all. GROUP emails to all who purchased the "Big Deal"... kind of odd. I supposed that is "efficient", but not particularly personal. When they finally came out to do the service, the job done was... fine. It did not look like coverage was that great... almost rushed, and a couple of small areas missed completely. Will be interested to see if any of the seed "takes" as the weather for growth has been virtually perfect. I would not give them a "bad" review... just not a great one. Wasn't overly impressed with the service or the lack of personal care. Communication was not tremendous and we got no say in when they came and did it. Just "fair". Nothing to rave about.

I did not know of this company previously nor its owners Richey and Mike until they came to do the lawn work. Both are very professional, timely, answered ALL my questions, and did a great job. In fact, I've asked them to look at another of my properties for seasonal lawncare as well. Hire them!

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for $79 which included aeration and overseeding for a quarter of an acre. They responded quickly and delivered the service within the time frame specified. Overall it looked like a good job and a good value for work performed.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal to get our lawn aerated and over seeded. We recently bought this house and the lawn could use some TLC after this summer. He contacted me with a time frame in which to expect him and that we should get our sprinkler heads marked with flags before he came. He came within the time frame of when he said he would and did an excellent job. Very nice guy and cared about his work.

Great job, great price. Aerated my lawn (drilled plugs, not the cheaper method of just poking holes in the lawn) and re-seeded.

They came out as promised. They emailed that it would be a couple of days delayed, but as they informed us and they were very busy, we had no problem. They communicated well.

They did a great job. He sent out emails when rain appeared but still showed up in the original timeframe. They were very communicative through email and even followed up with general information on how to care for my lawn.

I purchased a Big Deal. The Big Deal information was very detailed as to what the service would entail and when they were targeting to perform the service. Michael Arbuckle from Arbuckle Nursery responded via email in a timely fashion with details on the range of dates they would be at my location and if weather didn't allow he would follow up. They were able to perform the service within the range provided and upon investigation of the aeration, they did a great job. Regarding the overseeding, i will not have results for a few weeks. This entire process worked very smoothly using online purchasing and email communication. I was very happy with the process and the service.

They responded promptly and were able to meet a rather tight schedule that I had. They weeded the area that was covered with mulch and applied the mulch quickly and well. The person who brought and applied the mulch was unaware that I had requested extra mulch at their standard price, about the big deal price, but he was able to supply the required material anyway. My only disappointment was that the purchased amount did not cover as much of the area as I expected, but my husband did estimate the area covered and indicated he believed they did supply as promised.

Very happy with service. Team was punctual and performaed the service as described. I asked to be called if there was anything additional that was required (which I thought there may be due to the size of my yard) and I received a call. The additional price was below what they advertised on the Big Deal. But more importantly, it was explained to me that the addtional mulch that I required was a slightly different shade from the rest (he didn't have to do that). When I got home, I couldn't tell the difference. I am a person who expects to get what I pay for, and I certainly did with Arbuckle. I would recommend!
