They came when they were supposed to. Everything has gone well. They were easy to schedule with. No problems.

We guess it went okay. We were out of town when they did the work and we won't really know if the grass comes in until next Spring.

When I purchased the deal, I still had not updated my mailing address with Angie's List so they actually did the work at my old house which is where my ex-husband still lives. They did a great job on it, and are willing to honor the same price for them to come do the work at my home which I really appreciate. The guy seemed very nice, and I am looking forward to working with him.

The aerating was completed successfully. Although I followed watering instructions, I have not been able to observe any productive results from the overseeding. This is first time I've ever paid someone to overseed my lawn. I usually doing any seeding in the fall myself in the areas where it's needed. I've learned this often requires additional time and attention. This experience has affirmed my skepticism. I will not likely pay for overseeding again. Since I was primarily using the service for aerating, I was satisfied with the work and the price. The overseeding was an add-on that came with the deal.

The company called, set a timethey would be there. arrived on time and completed thework.

Arbuckle contacted me within 48 hours and advised service date range. Showed up during that window and completed service. Also, employee took the time to discuss lawn questions asked. I also responded to this survey about a month ago. Do not appreciate being asked a second time.

It was overall a great experience.

Great job! They came out when they said they were going to come out. They follow-up with reminder emails, etc. The yard looks great. I would use them again.

Because of rain he had to reschedule a couple times and was thoughtful to call. He also kept in touch by email to let me know the approximate day he'd be there.

Was a Big Deal job and he did an excellent job. Have hired him to trim shrubs and fall clean up. Work has been quoted but has not been done as of this report.

Terrific! Arbuckle's communicated exactly as they said they would. They showed up on time and were thorough and efficient in their work.

The company aerated and seeded my yard, front and back. This was part of an Angie's List deal. He sent me an e-mail explaining that he would be out one day during the week of 9/17/12 (it was the end of August when I received the e-mail). He contacted me the week prior to the service, confirming the day he planned to be out. He showed up on-time and the job was done neatly and completely. This company was very easy to deal with.

I was not extremely impressed with this company. First of all it was difficult to make an appointment and get a definitive time from them, but one day I did find someone working in my yard. A little later, I had a feeling (just a feeling, not necessarily based on any hard proof) that there was no seeding that actually took place with the aeration. I contacted them about my concerns and they said they would come back out within the next 10-12 and do it again, but we ran into the same issue of not getting a specific time. Right now I'm waiting for them to come back and then I will leave an updated account of the Big Deal.

Excellent job, punctual, reasonable price and they followed up afterwards.

I could tell work was done, as I wasn't here when they did it, but I don't know how thorough they were. I never spoke to them, we scheduled everything through email. The real test will be next spring as they planted some more seeds. I would have preferred they called me instead of email because I don't check my email regularly.

The job went as requested. I was pleased that they met our needs even though our job wasn't exactly as the "Big Deal" was written. They made it work.

Did a thorough job and covered all areas in the yeard with both. The lawn is already looking better.

They did a good job. Communication leading up to the work was a challenge, I think they over extended themself a little with the Angie's List Deal... but the price was great!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They emailed me right away to let me know the date they would be out to perform the aeration and overseeding. They also told me I wouldn't need to be there at the time, which was nice. Because of the rainy weather, they had to delay the service by a day and they also emailed me to let me know about the schedule adjustment. I even got an email stating the job was done including after-care instructions. I'm very impressed. I would most certainly use this company for future work. Thanks for a job well done!

The company contacted me promptly after purchasing the deal, and I appreciated that I didn't have to provide them any other information or available dates, etc - they scheduled the work and did it on their own. They were very responsive to the question I asked. The only downside was that they missed a couple small spots on our yard, and they didn't do a strip of yard that we own and that is on our side of a fence, which was our property. Overall it went well enough - saved a bunch of time over renting and wrangling my own equipment.

They did an excellent job & we would use them again.
