Wonderful, hassle-free experience! Arbuckle emailed us 3 weeks before about when to expect our service and then called us 2 days before to let us know they were coming. We really appreciated the excellent customer service.

Purchased "Big Deal" for lawn aeration and over-seeding. Contacted vendor and set window for job. Vendor arrived, flagged sprinkler system locations, completed aeration, over-seeded lawn, and then left, all without further contact. Great execution of order. Would use in future.

They did everything exactly as described. I was satisfied with the results.

They contacted me promptly to arrange for the service. I was a actually having my roof replaced so I was unsure how to proceed since the timing was up in the air. They guided me by suggesting that my roof be replaced before the lawn service. Once my roof was complete, they arranged for the service to be completed the next week. As a bonus, they agreed to take away some brush I had cut down from my yard for a nominal fee. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would hire them for future yard/landscaping tasks.

The man was nice. The machine was very small. We wondered if it was a rental. Not what we expected a landscaper to have. The neighbor had another professional landscaper do their lot and the machine is twice as big. The work was spotty both with the aerator and the seeding. Since the machine was small, the lanes made in the yard were small and he did not go back and forth to assure full coverage. I asked that he hit one area again and he said he would. The same quality of service was done both in our front and back yard. We have a very small lot. We are a condo owner. I do not believe this "Deal" was worth the $70.00 and we were disappointed.

I had my lawn aerated and overseeded, I bought one for my lawn and one for my son's lawn. The company came out the first week after buying the service and did my son's lawn and about three weeks later did our lawn. I was not home when they did the service but could tell the lawn had been aerated, I had to look real close to see any grass seed but it was there. Overall they did a good job.

The gentleman showed up on the date and time agreed upon, performed the services stated and did an excellent job.

Work was scheduled and completed.

It was more than a week later when I got a response indicating that that they were scheduling me much later than that date. I cancelled the Big Deal, got a refund from Angie's List and hired my regular yard service to do it for instead. It is important to get the seed in the ground early enough so that it has time to grow before it gets cold. I did not feel that Arbuckle cared about getting my seed in the ground early enough.

They did an excellent job arrived and quickly got to work aerating and overseeding the entire lawn. He even seeded a large bare section of the lawn where old landscaping had been removed.

We purchased a lawn core aeration and overseeding application through an Angie's List Big Deal offering. Arbuckly returned my call for an appointment within 10 minutes and scheduled us for the following Monday (two days later) at 8:00 am. They showed up precisely on time, did a very thorough aeration procedure (we have an irregularly-shaped yard), and applied seed. By the way, this is an overseeding procedure intended to thicken existing grass lawns and the quantity of seed applied was for that purpose. If you have large bare or distressed areas from the summer drought, it's best to buy some additional seed and apply yourself. We got what we requested and are very pleased with the results.

They did okay. It seemed as though there should have been more grass seed put down.

Arbuckle's did a great job.

They called ahead to schedule an appointment and to confirm when they would arrive. The first time they came out, we had to reschedule because of wet conditions and because they needed two people to handle the lawn's slope. The second attempt with fine. When finished they gave me advice on what to do over the next few weeks to the lawn. Overall, I was pleased with the service and the staff.

A miscommunication took place initially, and the aeration part of the deal was not completed on the backyard or the side yard at the same time as the front. The Company representative was very responsive and made sure that the backyard was completed at the time of the overseeding. They again forgot to do the side yard but returned the next day when it was brought to their attention. When everything was finally completed, they had done a very good job.

They emailed me to notify me when they would come and that I did not have to be home. They came when they said they would, did the work and clean-up. I was completely satisfied.

The lawn was aereated and overseeded as promised. Unfortunately, we didn't get much grass to come up, but that wasn't guaranteed.

Went well. They came out and did it. It was clean and the grass is already growing back.

Good communication. Work performed as described.
