A few days after purchasing the Big Deal, i was contacted and notified of an estimated date window during which they would be performing the service. It happened just like they said it would, even though nobody was home, they did what they were supposed to do. Came home after work and i could see the clumps of dirt removed from aeration procedure. Bottom line: Arbuckle made it clear what they were going to do and did exactly that. Very satisfied.

They kept me informed via email on time schedules. I had a few questions before the service, they responded to my questions quickly. The service was straight forward and no complicated. No complaints!

While I wont know untl the Spring if the seeding survived the winter, I was most pleased with the price. I had paid twice the amount in prior years from my regular lawn service company for the same service. Communication from Arbuckle Nursery regarding the service was also excellent. I received an email from them confirming I had purchased the big deal, gave me an estimate of when they would be out to perform the service, and was sent an email when the service was complete. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for Leaf removal for $79. I was very satisfied with the service. They arrived when scheduled as promised. I have several large trees in my yard and there were a LOT of leaves. They were very professional and did a good job removing the leaves from around my deck and landscaped areas before mowing the yard and mulching the leaves. I had to pay $20 for the drive since I live in Avon (this was explained in the offer so not a surprise), but the total price was well worth it! I felt they did a fabulous job and would highly recommend them!

I purchased a big deal to have Arbuckle aerate and overseed the yard. They scheduled a time frame then had to push it back a few days which was fine with me. Communication via email was excellent. I was informed regularly of the schedule, what needed to be done and how to take care of the lawn afterward. My only concern was that the overseeding seemed pretty thin. I had to get on my hands and knees to find any trace of grass seed in the yard. I could find it but it was pretty sparse. $80 is a good price for the work. I felt like I got my money's worth.

They did as promised. I will certainly use their services in the future.

I never talked to or worked with anyone from this company. We received an email a couple of days after our purchase that stated the day they would arrive to perform the service. They were there on the day and completed the irrigation and over-seeding. We've had tremendous results because of their service. The one problem I had with this company is the communication. They sent a mass email to, I'm assuming, all of the people who bought their advertised service. There wasn't anything personal about the email or any personal connection. Even bigger than lack of personal connection was the lack of professionalism displayed in the communication. There were typos and grammatical errors throughout. Although the service was good, it made me think less highly of this company because of their professionalism.

Arbuckles was very responsive. They set up appointment very quickly and showed up as scheduled. I wasn't home when the work was done but yard was completedly aerated. Will have to wait until spring to see how well the seeding worked.

Last year we tried to do this ourselves. While we were able to do this it cost $80 just to rent equipment. It's a hard job and we felt it was a bargain to have someone else do it. The only problem we had was a miscommunication on time scheduled. The owner was very accomodating and even came out on Sunday to get this done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

They were flexible on the date they could come out and were very flexible about the area they worked on. I have a 2 acre plot and the agreement was to do 1/4 acre. They did several small areas and estimated it was at least 1/4 acre and I was satisfied with t hat. Won't know until spring if the seed took or not and survived the winter

They performed the service when promised and I think you could not beat their price anywhere else.

They did a good job, but due to the drought this summer, I am not sure of the results of the reseeding. I wish they would have given me some more advanced notice as to when they were coming, as well.

Good job. I bought the Angie's Deal package and it took longer to have the work done than I thought it would but they must have had a strong response. It was a good deal though and they did good job.

I asked them to trim a big shrub and pull three small ones. They did those tasks as agreed.

They arrived punctually after calling in advance to advise of their arrival. Our lawn turned out to be bigger than they imaged but they aerated it all without charging extra. Their machinery looked brand new. I would definitely consider using them again.

The aeration portion was done satisfactorily. The super seeding did not work to my satisfaction. I did not have much grass grow.

When I called to schedule the job, they were very professional and delivered their services on the specified date. The quantity didn't cover all my beds so I called and they allowed me to purchase another order at the same price. Overall, I was very pleased although they did bury a couple of struggling perennials and had uneven coverage in a few spots..

Called and schedule an aeration and overseeding of our yard. We did have to postpone one day due to weather. He came out on time the next day aerated and overseeded the yard just as we had wanted. Job was done in less than an hour. Michael was great to deal with. Would recommend to anyone needing some quick work done.

It was very easy to pay for and obtain the service, and the directions for marking in-ground sprinkle heads were very clear. I would like to have had a phone call at least a day ahead of time, notifying me of service delivery, as I have two dogs - to ensure that they would not be outside.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at such a great price, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not too much difference currently with with lawn now then before the service. My yard was watered according to instructions. Again the results will show up in the spring.

We purchased this on the website. The aeration appeared to be done well. The overseeding seemed great, though we'll know more next spring about whether or not the seeding was effective.
