ARBUCKLE NURSERY & LANDSCAPING

This was on of the "big deals" in which they were to aerate and over seed my entire yard. I called them and told them that I did not know for sure how large my yard was, but they said it should be no problem. They came when they said they would and did in fact render the service except they did not do the backyard. The did not even bother to tell me they had not done it. When I inquired as to why they left out my backyard, I was told that my yard was too large for the price quoted.

They were good. They came and asked us what we need done and they did it. I was really happy with their work.

Good, they were very quick in their installation. I would have liked it to have been a little bit neater, but overall I was satisfied with the price and the work done.

This did not go well. I am sure they did not seed. Please don't contact me regarding this again.

The work was done at the scheduled time. I was not at home to observe the process.

This was a Big Deal purchased online. I did not have to call to schedule an appointment. They fame out as promised and I will see the results in spring.

I was at work when the work was scheduled. They arrived on the appointed day, did the authorized work, cleaned up and left. I cannot ask for more than that.

They were prompt and efficient - completed work when they said they would, and left instructions for care of the newly seeded lawn.

Aeration was great. Not seen any grass to date and may not know it the seeds work until next year.

We contacted Arbuckles's to arriate and seed our lawn using the special price offer from Angie's List. I'm cannot recall the exact price we paid but I think it was $69.00 or $79.00. We felt this was a very reasonable price. We had never had this done to our lawn before, but it seemed the right time to do it as we have lived in this location for 24 years and had not done it before. I talked directly to the owner Mike Arbuckle. He said he would wait until we had a good rain before he would arriate and he did. We were very pleased with his work. He contacted us a couple of times before he came to do the work to let us know that he had not forgotten us. Due to a huge response from Angie's List he had many lawns to arriate and was doing them by areas in the Indianapolis area. We were in no hurry, and we appreciated him staying in touch so that we would know when he would arrive. We will probably contact this company do work for us again, and we would not hesitate to recommend Arbuckle's to other people seeking lawn services from Angie's List.

When I returned home from work, only the front and side yards had been aerated. I looked for any evidence of new seed and could find none. There was never one new blade of grass. A message on my answering machine said the back yard would be an additional charge. I don't believe there is more than 5,000 square feet of lawn, but I intend to go out and messure sometime in the next two weeks. (Perhaps I'm wrong.) I believe I wasted $79 (my fault).

they did a pretty good job... hadn't had the lawn aerated in a long time.. so it was overdue.. and also needed seeding in several bare spots...

Coordination with Arbuckle was quick and easy. They had lots of folks take advantage of their deal and they scheduled me out 3 weeks out from my phone call. They were doing all the Greenwood appointments on that date. That was not a problem form me. Their was no requirment to be there, which made it nice. Arbuckle arrived on the day they said they would, and it took about 1 hour to get the job done. My yard was a little bigger than listed on the Angie's List deal, but that was not a problem. It started to sprinkle, but they finished the job. My neighbors were jealous of the price for getting my front and back aerated because they paid a little less to only get their front side done. Would definitely use Arbuckle again - looking forward to some grass this summer!

Seemed to go fine. We weren't home wen they did the work, but we experienced no problems.

The entire process went well. I bought the Big Deal and Arbuckle contacted me and gave me an approximate timeframe for the work. No complaints.

Many leaves were left in yard and street. Back yard was not touched.

Had a great interaction with Michael, He reviewed the job I had in mind as I had a lot of sun damage to my yard from the summer. After talking it through. We agreed that the offer wasn't the best fit for me due to needing more over seeding than aeration. I ultimately refunded it the deal because it wasn't what I needed. I plan to have them come out to in the spring to fix the damage and do a full over seeding when the time is right.

They came as per the schedule. Within 2-3 hours , they were able to put the mulch and completed the landscaping as discussed.They did a neat work. Cleaned up, once it was completed. Only thing , what I see is the color of the mulch(Quality - B for the product used and NOT their work) has reduced bec of few rains, however i assume, it will be case with most of the mulch.

Excellent! I received a phone call from the company and they provided a date that the services would be performed. They came out and aerated the lawn and over-seeded the lawn as promised

It was easy - I bought the big deal, emailed them for an appointment and they emailed back a window. And they arrived and did the work.

Arbuckle contacted me via email with confirmation of Big Deal Purchase. Advised date of service within a couple of days. Due to the weather the date had to be changed but Arbuckle kept me advised on service date. Performed services as stated and sent an email when job was done. Excellent work.

Once I purchased the deal through Angie's List, I didn't have to do anything. Arbuckle came out and over seeding without me needing to schedule an appointment or have anyone home at the time of service. I could tell that the lawn had been aerated when I came home from work. They did a great job with the aeration. The only drawback was that had we been home at the time of service,my husband would have asked them to put down more seed as there were bare places in the yard from the drought this summer and we did not see seed laying in these areas.

Great value for the job required and I would use them again.
