ARBUCKLE NURSERY & LANDSCAPING

I was desperate and the Ad for Arbuckle's came just at the right time! We have LEAVES< LEAVES, LEAVES in the fall and I'm getting too old to keep up with them. I've been looking for someone dependable so of course I go to Angie's List! I've loved them since they were Unified Neighbors and can always trust their ratings. The leaves were mulched and mulched and mulched but nothing removed so our lawn looked like it had a layer of mulched leaves. I guess I expected some removal because of the quantity and the ad did say "removal" but we only got MULCH, and more MULCHED leaves. The guys who came out did a great job of blowing leaves out of flower beds so they could be added to the mulch and I'd love to see them again this fall with maybe a leaf vacuum for "some" of the leaves. Everyone did their job well in a timely manner and I no doubt got what I paid for. Bottom line, I needed it done but I'm not sure leaving all those leaves on top of the grass was good for it. So, ask questions. There are no dumb questions when you are paying the bill. They guys worked hard, their mulching machine worked hard and this spring we have a very green lawn.

The scheduling was difficult, and when they did come, they did not bring enough mulch. They had to schedule a second trip and that took a while for them to return with the rest.

They did a nice job and were very polite and professional.

The service was fantastic! They came when they said they would, did a great job, and finished our yard in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to do the work.

We bought an Angies "big deal" for yard aeration and over-seeding. They had a huge response to the deal, so they were in touch that scheduling may take longer than anticipated, which was not a problem for us. They came when scheduled, and did the work.

They did a pretty good job, but tore up lawn a little in the back.

Excellent service, prompt, courteous, professional and honest. Did I mention the honesty? And great prices. He has become our professional landscaper because of this deal! He has already been back out to do two more projects and has helped us plan at least three more projects this summer! Michael Arbuckle not only does what he says he will do, he is easy to work with, polite, and creative.

That deal was wonderful! They were very accommodating with our schedule and they were very good.

They did a really nice job. I know these companies can get an overwhelming number of coupons purchased when they advertise and can have a challenge to get to everyone in a timely manner, but Arbuckle did a great job and were able to service my lawn quickly. I was not home when they came which was fine, but I had a few questions since this was the first time I'd had this kind of service. I emailed the owner and asked to confirm if they had planted seed because I could see where the lawn was aerated, but I couldn't see the seed. He promptly got back to me and explained their process and assured me it had been seeded. My lawn was in desperate need of this kind of service as it has allot of shade and had become overgrown with crab-grass and other "non-grass" entities. I really appreciate Angie's List for sponsoring this service at such a fair price.

This was a coupon buy. They were prompt and efficient, but we are waiting for spring to see a differencein our lawn.

They did the work as promised, and they did a good job with both of the tasks. I will use them in the future.

It was fine. It did the trick and it was what I had expected. No problems. It was done when I wasn’t at home.

The company removed all the leaves and left the yard clean and looking good. I generally do the work and it usually takes a couple of days. I plan to use Arbuckle next year to save me a lot of back breaking work.

Everything turned out fine. They provided good customer service. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner. As far as I can tell at this point, everything seems to be okay.

Not too bad....I am not sure if the overseed was adequate as the stated rate of application was much too light to be effective in the spring.

Arbuckle was very careful when working and did a good job with the seeding and aerating. However, they left some dirt on the driveway and sidewalk.

We purchased right around the time of the big hail storm. They were very flexible in scheduling around the other workers. Did much more than they offered.

It was fine. I was expecting a little more. I probably will be using his services again, just to give them a second chance.
