The communication from the company in regards to the scheduling and service performed was good. I would probably use their service again. They completed the work when they promised.

Vendor arrived at the scheduled time and executed the details of the certificate as depicted. The staff was professional and courteous.

They were prompt with their follow up and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future.

The deal was for aeration and overseeding. The aeration was done fine but I never saw any sign of grass seed. Even so, I watered as suggested and to this day there is still no grass in the spots I was trying to repair. I wasn't going to give feedback because I just choose not to continue doing business with people who don't uphold their end of a deal without being goaded to do so. But Angie's list insisted I give feedback so here it is.

Bought 4 separate Angie's List coupons to aerate and overseed my lawn, which was in bad shape due to the drought. My yard is larger so I thought 4 would get the job done. They did aerate the lawn but the grass seed has had little impact. Going to have to redo it this spring. This Spring, contacted them and they came out twice to reseed the areas that did not grow correctly. The first time back, they didn't reseed enough of the bad areas. The second time, the owner came out and did more. While they were responsive, their services did not yield the results wanted.

They came in did the job properly and left. I was very satisfied.

didnt look any way but professional I was very happy with their service They were on time were very professional and nice .Because there were others in my area that also purchased this service they did not charge me the extra $ 20.00 travel cost because we live so far out .I thought that was exceptional in any service .They also had clean clothes and .

Because of the weather, they were not able to come when they wanted to. They had a lot of response on the special. They had to come on a Sunday. They did get out here as soon as the weather cleared up. My lawn was bigger than the big deal covered, so we negotiated and I paid more and they did more. It might have been 30 or $40 more. The price was good. I might use them again.

Arbuckle Nursery & Landscaping showed up and did it. They didn't show up for the first couple of weeks. They didn't tell me when they were coming, they just showed up.

It was okay experience. Nothing stood out one way or the other. There is nothing wrong with it and it was what I expected. I would use them again.

The deal was for lawn irrigation and over-seeding. I wasn't there at the time they performed the service but I believe they did what they were supposed to do. There is no way for me to know exactly if they did a good job or a bad job - I can't really tell. Really the irrigation and over-seeding, I don't think that it really turned out as I expected. I was hoping that with the irrigation and the over-seeding I would have more grass grow because that is the whole point of irrigation and over-seeding. I remember last summer it was really dry and so the soil was lonely and it was kind of hard so the idea was to have irrigation to loosen up the soil and over-seeding that would help germinate more growth in the lawn. But I don't think I really notice much of a difference. I'm not saying they did a bad job, but I can say that they did a filler job.

What a fantastic experience I had with this company! I organized a group of 6 neighbors to get edging and mulching from the same vendor. The Arbuckles were very responsive, courteous, and did a wonderful job. All of my neighbors were impressed with the job they received. They made me look like a star for finding them to do this work. Price was very reasonable for what was done. Would definitely use them again.

I couldn't really tell they did service. I haven't noticed a difference with my yard.

They did a great job! They had to reschedule but they called early and they were very prompt.

He was excellent to work with, very personable and efficient. He understood what we hoped for and delivered brilliantly for a fair price. We will have him back in the fall to do the sod in our back yard.

The aeration was done properly and they were punctual. They also overseedede the yard. The aeration has allowed our lawn to fill in and our lawn looks great this year.

We purchased a Big Deal and scheduled service, but then had to reschedule. They were very accommodating and came out on the date we requested.

Company did not/could not provide services paid for. Cancel service. Got refund after threat of legal action. They never attempted to provide resolution. Fired!

I found the program back in June or July. I was not able to schedule until late September or early October. I was out of town so I wasn't available when they did the job. They kept sending me emails to reschedule or change the date. I went along with the flow. However, what they planted turned out to be nothing but what looked like moss. My front yard looks terrible right now. No one showed up when they were supposed to, emailed me, or contacted me at all.

Everything went well. I didn't have to be home for them to perform the service which was great.
