Great. No worries. He came on time.

Everything went great from start to end. We didn't know what we wanted in terms of plants and told Rickie we would rely on his expertise to come up with something that would look nice and also be low maintenance as we are not a green thumb couple at all. Estimate was prompt and very fair. They got the entire project done in just 1 day once the crazy Indiana spring weather allowed them to come out and get started. The finished product is everything we were hoping for and our house finally has the curb appeal it has been lacking for years. Can't wait to see how it all looks later in the year when everything is in bloom, it already looks so great now. Highly recommend Richie and Arbuckle Landscaping if you are looking for someone reliable and fairly priced.

ON TIME AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH.

We had kind of a late fall here. They have been our landscapers for years.

They were prompt. They came out within 5 or 6 days of my purchase. I thought they did great. I would use them again. They offered a good price.

It went well. I wasn't home at the time they preformed the work, but the covered the yard as I had expected. I believe I was able to get a couple of my neighbors in on the deal as well.

It look like they did a great job. I'm completely happy with them. My husband had no complaints. I was very satisfied.

Went well. They were prompt in scheduling the service and showed up on the day they said they would. I asked them to work around a couple of obstacles in the yard (neighbor's sprinkler head and an exposed cable on the ground) and they did as asked.

They let me know when they would be there and arrived on time. Removed plugs for aeration and could see the grass seed from overseeding. At the price they offered for their special deal, it would have been hard to pass up! Great service for an amazing price. Will definitely use again!

Great, all the service was done on schedule and was done properly.

I couldn't see that they seeded it all. We weren't home when they did the work. I saw the plugs so I know they did the aerating. We have one area that we just cleared last fall. So the grass is very very thin in that area, so there's no way that I wouldn't be able to see the grass seed if they had seeded that are. I would like to hear back from them to ask them about it. I went out the day that they did it or the day after they did it and I didn't see any grass seed at all. They didn't come out for a month and a half. In fact, I had to call them to find out when they were going to do this. They said "we've been really swamped because of this Angie's List deal" and I thought "Okay, but if you're going to make a Big Deal, then you should prepare for that." Then they sent us an email but we didn't see it because we were out of town for the weekend. But they only sent it to use a few days before they were going to come. They came, but we have an irrigation system and an invisible fence that we needed to mark. So, then he came back a week later when he did it, but it was not October until he did it and I was concerned about it because it was getting too cold. But they paid attention to our flags, so they didn't do any damage to our irrigation system or our invisible fence and the gentleman was very nice and he was very polite. It should have been done earlier. It's gotten too cold at night, the grass isn't going to germinate. They need to make sure they are going to do what they say that they are going to do. If they are going to use emails to schedule service, they should follow up with a phone call if they don't hear back from them.

It went very well. They arrived when they said they would arrive. They were very pleasant. They explained everything. We were very pleased. My interaction with them was fine. There were no problems at all. The work turned out very well. They did a great job.
