Airation was done well but I have no way to know if the seeding was done properly or as per the terms or not. For example, contractor was to seed 5 lb of Kentucky blue garss seed. No way to know how much they seeded and whta kind of seeds were used.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Proof of over seeding has not happened, probably won't know until spring.

He was nice about us changing the date twice. Arrived on time and did the work well and quickly. I will use them in the spring.

Had to reschedule multiple times because of weather but they always called and communicated well. When I called the company with questions they were extremely helpful. The guy who came to do our lawn was helpful in giving advice on what our lawn needed (our backyard is a mudpit with no grass). He seemed rush which was a little strange. I will be calling them again in the spring to seed our backyard.

They seemed nice enough but came a day early and I had hired people to get the yard cleaned up. So I basically wasted my money because the prep work wasn't finished. They apologized for coming a day early and said the prep work (grading where a new garage had been built) wouldn't have made a difference because I needed more seeding than what the deal provided. They did do the front and side yards and hopefully, I will have a better lawn next spring.

Aearation and overseeding completed , no issues. The price and communication was Arbuckle was excellent.

Ritchie and his assistant tilled our weedy back yard from the summer, graded it, fertilized, then meticulously laid the sod on our very odd shaped back yard. He gave clear instructions about watering. He had to work around weather glitches, but we have a beautiful back yard of grass at last. He also applied weed and feed on the front yard. My husband and I saw a raised flower bed on our 45th anniversary trip to Petoskey that we thought would be beautiful in our back yard. Ritchie took great pains to find the stone, get the best price, and he and his assistant created a level bed, matched stone pieces, lined the retaining wall to fill with top soil. They also installed a dwarf weeping blue spruce. We are so impressed with his conscientious work ethic, his honesty, his kind and thoughtful personality, how he kept us informed through the process, and his determination to create something beautiful that we could all be proud of. I would recommend this two-man work team to anyone who wants a job well done.

He only did one side. They did not seed near where I had a tree or near my mailbox. They said they would come back, but they didn’t know when. I just said forget it and I would not use them again. He didn’t show up when he was supposed to. I called Angie’s List two or three times and they finally called me back. I wasn’t happy. I would not recommend them.

Arbuckle Nursery was very cooperative and flexible in scheduling. I had requested a week delay due to the recent rain. They arrived as scheduled and were very thorough in the aeration process. They got up close to the sidewalks and sprinkler heads, but did not hit or damage any. After finishing, they spread grass seed. I would use them again.

A two-man team came to our house at the time and date promised. One core aerated the lawn and the other broadcast a grass seed blend over the grassy areas of our lawn. Took about 20 mins. for the entire process, but we have a small yard. They were careful to not run over any of the irrigation sprinkler heads I had flagged in advance (as per their instructions), and also careful to not get seed in my perennial beds, only in the grassy areas. I was very pleased with the work that was done. They were very professional and polite and I would use them again if needed. Prior to the work day, however, it took a couple of days for them to respond to my phone call to set up a work date. The man who called me back was very polite and spent time giving me instructions on what to do prior to their visit and answering my questions. The aeration process is a bit muddy and some mud did get on the sidewalks and driveway, but it was probably unavoidable. I was able to hose off the sidewalks and driveway after they left and easily removed the mud and dirt left behind. Not a big deal and not enough to keep me from using them again. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they did.

Everything went well and fine. They did the edging and the work met my expectations.

They arrived on time and answered all my questions. They proceeded with the aeration and seeding in a timely manor.

The company was quick to schedule out service and we were very pleased with the job they did.

The only problem I have is, I live in a paired house. I have a two car garage and a two car driveway, the other side has the same. He got his machine out and he started on my neighbors property. I had my irrigation system marked and it was obvious on my side where the work needed to be done. He should have been more alert and he wasn't real friendly. The job was ok but I had to clean my neighbors driveway off. I wouldn't use them again because of this.

They did this while we were at work. The yard was well aerated.

They called to let us know the date that was scheduled for the service. On that date they showed up and performed service without any problems. Great service.

I purchased this service as a big deal. I originally scheduled the work to be done when the ground was as hard as a rock. The work was delayed until the soil conditions were more favorable. The company representative provided complete coverage for both aeration and over seeding. We've used this company in the past and found an improvement in the appearance of our yard. We expect to observe additional improvement in our yard. The service is well worth the money.

Landscaper announced he was on the premises by ringing the door bell. I discussed with him what areas should and should not be aerated. He went to work and was done in about 1/2 and hour.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I've had it done before and I always want to get it done between September 1 and September 15 and they were able to accommodate that schedule for me even though the guy who was doing it was getting married and he had a bachelor party and everything. We also had some rain around that time and he was able to do it, which was important. So far, it is good but I won't really know until the spring. I would definitely use them again.

That was fine. They were professional and easy to please.

It worked out fine. They did what we paid for. They were punctual like they came before we were expecting them. I would use them again in the future.

Appointment was promptly set after purchasing the deal. He arrived at the appointed date and time and quickly completed the work.

They were excellent and our lawn looks fantastic .The previous owners had not taken good care of this lawn and after Arbuckle's did the service it came back and is now one of the if not the greenest lawns in the neighborhood. We live very far out in Hamilton country and I was told there would be a $20 charge for the distance .But once they arrived he said no extra charge because several people in my area had also purchased the offer .That was unexpected and very appreciated .Great company and very professional .They were dressed neatly and didn't have loud music playing (which I hate any tradespeople to do ) I would highly recommend this company without any reservations at all.
