We did water it like we were supposed to but the grass never ended up growing

The guy was great. He took time to talk to me after wards. HE made some suggestions and was a great guy. I am still waiting to see how the results turn out in the spring.

They came out and did the work I did not think that it did much to improve the quality of our lawn, but they did what they said they would do so I have no complaints though I cannot say I was thrilled about it. They showed up on time and it was fine. I had purchased the Big Deal Offer.

It was very good. There were no problems with it. I wasn’t there when they did the work but it looks fine when I got home. They were here the day we asked them to. It was good work.

Everything turned out fine. They were very nice and I was pleased with the work. One to two people came out to do the work and it did not take long at all to get the job. We did not have any issues with scheduling either.

There was nothing negative about my experience. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Scheduling went well and they were able to come by when I wasn’t home since it was all outdoor work. It may look a little healthier but nothing really stands out with the grass. They didn't give me any follow up after the appointment to make sure I was satisfied.

They did what they were suppose to do but because we had a drought aerating didn't seem to help. We have a ton of squirrels so I had to reseed because the squirrels are always tearing up the yard after we work it.

They called ahead to confirm and schedule service. Completed service to my satisfaction. They were very informative and easy to work with over the phone.

On time, went as expected, no surprises

It worked out great! He just finished it. It worked out just fine. It was wonderful. They were very efficient and actually we didn't know they had done it. I don't know how he got in with the dogs there. That was one of my questions but he seemed to have done it.

Lawn Aeration and Over-seed - This was a Big Deal purchase. On the first trip the soil was too hard so the provider had to return for a second trip. The technician was very courteous and professional. I was not home when he returned about a week later after sufficient rainfall, but I saw where the lawn had been aerated. I could not see the over-seeding, but assume it was done.

The guy was nice and I appreciated that he personally contacted me to say the plat shows my lot to be bigger than the Big Deal specs. I agreed to the additional charged but explicitly explained where my property lines were which were boldly marked by staked survey and that I expected all leaves removed in entire area for which they were charging. Sadly only the grassy areas were leaf-free. The entire treed area was full of leaves, even areas within my property lines. Too bad. The guy was nice but his employees obviously didn't share his promise of good service.

It turned out good. They did a good job. The two guys that came here seemed to be very friendly, pleasant and professional. The price of the big deal was good.

They were very agreeable to the timing that I requested, and called back at that Tim to schedule the work, I wasn't home when the work was performed, but I saw evidence that they had been here and I'm hoping the yard will be better next spring for their work.
