asked that we mark off the sprinkler heads - notified them of the invisible fence. With the markings and the notification we had no issues arise. All went as planned.

They were very prompt, courteous, helpful. We have used their sevices several times. They are always on time, do the work in a timely fashion and clean up after they are finished. We would highly recommend them.

My discussions with Arbuckle were pleasant. The provider was relatively responsive, although I did have to call back a few times before receiving responses. Overall, the service from this company is not one that I would seek to use again. The aeration/overseed service was completed over wet fall leaves. The appointment window spanned 2 days, "weather permitting". The day the aeration/overseed was completed it rained inconsistently throughout the day so I did not expect the service to be completed and did not prepare by removing the leaves. In the future, I would expect Arbuckle to consider the fact that wet leaves would prevent successful germination of the grass seed.

Arbuckle's came when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. The aeration was a plug aeration of over 9,000 square feet of lawn. The over seeding included a bare area left from sewer line replacement. There is now a good stand of grass growing on the scar.

Seemed to do a fine job. Not sure about quantity/quality of seed yet, will have to wait till spring to see.

I bought Angie's List promotion for aeration and overseed. Arbuckle scheduled services quickly and came when scheduled. Person who came was professional and got the job done.

Mike was great to work with. He was flexible with what we needed done. We are planning to use his services in the spring.

It was okay, I guess. They just came and did some decoration and I wasn't even at home that time. But otherwise, the whole process was good.

We purchased the Angie's BigDeal for lawn aeration and overseeding for $79. I received an email to set up a date for the service and then a phone call to verify. Arbuckles made sure I was aware that the sprinkler heads needed to be flagged and set up a time frame for when they would come out (I did not need to be home). They came out on a Saturday morning and did a great job with the aeration. There were a couple small areas that were seeded but additional small regions along the edging in our back yard where the grass was very thin (i.e. dirt) were not seeded but would have benefited from grass seed being put down in those areas. Overall, they did a very nice job with the aeration.

Provider contacted me soon after payment and recommended they not aerate and overseed until Sept because when I signed up for the service (coupon offer) it was too hot. They came out in Sept and did the job. Great price for both aeration and overseed!

We communicated through AL messaging. I think our we must have misunderstood each other, because the aeration happened a month later that I expected, but once it happened they did a nice job.

Ordered it on 08/21 and knew it would be September. Arbuckle sent emails through Angie's List to keep me informed. They were here on the first of 2 days that they said. I was out of town, and it looked great when I got home.

He was supposed to be here at 8 am, but he didn’t show up until after 5. He did the work, but I didn’t see any improvement. There were weeds in the yard afterward. I called him a few months later and he said if I’d called earlier, he’d have come out earlier. I hadn't been sure if I was supposed to call so soon afterwards, though. I'd never dealt with such a thing before.

If you want to play phone tag and be told they'd be out the next day, this is the company for you. Given the reviews on Angies List, I'm almost certain I would have had them do the work. The only problem is they just appear to be far too busy to quote the job nor able to communicate the fact that they can't get to me within a reasonable amount of time. I've waited long enough in the fall now that I'm not sure that I can get the landscaping installed this fall that I originally planned. It would just be far more acceptable for them to say they're book through whatever date to have allowed me to move on a month ago. Even my last response through Angies List over 2 months ago went without a response.

The provider came out (I believe it's owned by two gentlemen) and you can definitely tell the aeration is done but, I couldn't personally see the seeds that I was told by one of the owners (when asked what overseeing is) would be hand spread. Work was done well and evenly though with the aeration. I didn't need to be home which was nice and they even asked if we had any wired dog fence lines or anything that would be an issue. The smallest complaint I'd have would be phone tag and they moved some patio furniture to get the machine through and didn't put it back which really isn't a real issue at all. Thanks guys!

There were no troubles with scheduling. The price was very good for this service. My regular lawn maintenance company would not even meet the price of this deal. It was a fine experience.

They did a wonderful job! They were all so nice.

They did a fine job last year and we have purchased another deal for this year. They did exactly what the deal stated. The staff who came out were efficient workers. The service seemed to really help the lawn and we had no problem scheduling the deal.

I was not impressed with them. I would not use their services in the future. It is a waste of money. They were supposed to aerate my lawn and it did not even look like they did it. They did not communicate, like they did not call me when they were done. I was not here, I was at work. So I don’t know if they worked. We used to hire somebody to do the lawn. But with Arbuckle, you can tell something was done but it just don’t look like how we expected it. It was not very good.

It was a great deal compared to renting the equipment and doing it yourself. They did a good job.

Job was very well done, and on time. Others I had requested quotes on were not in the same ball park at all as to when they could do our relatively small job, or the price.
