Description of Work: We had a waterfall that wasn't working, pretty sure it was a line issue not pump. He insisted was a pump. Still would draw up water desire new pump which also didn't work.He placed it in but never tested it. threatened him with suit to get him out again. Finallybgot pump working but waterfall still not working. complained the entire time that he was behind on his bills and creditors were after him. STAY AWAY. This guys know nothing about waterfalls or pump. WE THREW money away.

 + -1 moreThe company is professional and knowledgeable. The work was of high quality. They are basically the only company still in business that focus on ponds and waterfalls. Some other companies do this work as a part of a broader category of landscaping, but Aquascape focuses on ponds and waterfalls. We would recommend them to anyone who would like a pond and/or waterfall. The small store at their office has supplies for ponds and Koi fish that are not available anywhere else.
Description of Work: Aquascape repaired my pond and rebuilt my waterfall which was leaking when I purchased the house.

 + 0 moreWhat they did first didn?t work, and then I had them come back again. When it was still not holding water I called them and they came out and replaced the pump. They did additional stone work to try to solve the problem, but it did not help. I then received a bill and they charged me for a warranty exchange of the pump. They charged me $75 for it. They also charged me for labor and a valve. I called to dispute the bill as the pump replaced was under warranty. I told them that I was not happy with the invoice. I was not happy with Aquascape Company Inc. They were reasonably priced, though.
Description of Work: I used Aquascape Company Inc. to replace my waterfall pump as it quit working. They also replaced my liner because it was not holding water.

 + -1 moreThey were good, they sent out some college kids to do the work and I thought that they were doing fine work. They couldn't find the leak so they just replaced the entire lining.

 + 0 moreDoug and his crew did an excellent job. The waterfall looks exactly like I wanted it to. They were easy to get along with, make good recommendations and got back with me quickly. I'd recommend them highly.
Description of Work: They made a water fall for us. We had an old pond that went back to 1963. They removed all the old rock and stone and replaced it with new. They installed a 300 gal per hour pump. The installed a rubber liner all around and behind the stone work. They also cleaned up real well.
