My pool and spa are rather complicated to use and access to the area is not optimal. Kevin showed great patience with me while I was learning how to operate my system. He had to make a few unscheduled trips to my home to help me with my system when I attempted to troubleshoot problems on my own that were not covered within our agreement. (Mudslide directly into pool during heavy rainstorm) That by itself was over and above what he was being paid to do and I was overwhelmed with gratitude for his brand of customer service! We previously used 2 other large pool companies and both were miserable experiences with much higher costs for the same work performed. This price was extremely fair. I have recommended Kevin to everyone I know. You can trust Kevin. He will not sell you anything you do not need and he certainly will not charge you for anything he did not do. As for the chemicals, they are stored on-site so there is no question as to what you are paying for unlike other companies.

WE HAD SEVERAL GOOD EXPERIENCES, INCLUDING CUSTOM WORK FOR A FILTER MOTOR TO MAKE IT WORK WITH OUR POOL. BUT WHEN WE NEEDED AN IN-POOL LIGHT REPLACED, HE DELAYED SEVERAL TIMES, MAKING MANY EXCUSES, AND FINALLY TELLING US WE NEEDED A REGISTERED DIVER TO REPLACE A LIGHT NEAR THE SURFACE. WE'VE LOST CONFIDENCE IN HIM AT THIS POINT. HE WAS TO HAVE CONTACTED SOMEONE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE, BUT NEVER DID.
